Explained everything and delivered as promised.

They mislead us and didn't tell us they would put a lean on our house. Now I'm stuck with a pool that had more interest then they explained.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful tech support. Beautiful well built pool.

Do NOT go through this company! They run your credit without your knowledge or consent! I spoke to 3 people about how it is illegal to run my credit without my knowledge or consent and they ALL 3 hung up on me! Instead of them dealing with the matter they are trained to hang up on you! They are extremely unprofessional. If they can't be upfront about running credit or even talk to you about running it without your permission then clearly they are not trust worthy.

Called about product and pricing guy i spoke with was very rude wouldn't even talk to me about prices because I told him we wouldn't be ready to purchase for another about a month he said he could have pool installed in 48 to 72 hours I again told him we would be ready to purchase in a month or so and he hung up on me mid sentence didn't even tell me about products or prices just worry about making a fast sell

Great team excavated and installed the pool. We followed the well organized instructions on how to maintain the pool and winterize it. The Ultra Blu copper ionizer kept the water crystal clear all summer. Ordering new Ultra Blu chamber was very easy. We have had a great experience with Blue World Pools and love the pool.

The guys had to dig out some of the yard to level it out for the pool. Did good job getting it ready. Explained everything at the end for running the pool and even closing it up.
Only thing I wish is that they would have leveled out the dirt they dug up.
Other than that, haven’t had any issues with pool!

They made the whole experience getting a above ground pool very easy and simple!!! Thank you Blue World Pool we really appreciate it❤️

Incompetent!! Was told I had an appointment today and with no phone call , they just cancelled it so I'm waiting and hear nothing. I call to find out what's up and the lady that answered was disrespectful and rude. When I asked why no one called she said she would transfer me and no one answered. Don't do business with people that don't respect customers.

I would rate 0 but I can't the sales lady took over 2 hours and lied the entire time and then got upset when my husband said it was too high all because she was trying to take advantage of my elderly mother in law I don't recommend this company to anyone and then she chose to cry and pick a fight with my husband when leaving my property

This company installed the biggest pool they sell. We were very satisfied. Install was very quick and installers were very polite and knowledgeable. Sent us lots of free supplies.

It’s been great for family time and relaxing on weekends. The installation team was professional, and overall we’re happy with the results. Would recommend them.

Our overall experience was excellent. Fair price salesperson not pushy, installation team arrived on time and completed everything within one day and gave us all of the information we needed to start learning to maintain our new pool.

When I purchased the pool from them my experience was amazing. They installed everything very carefully and correct. Also they are always checking to make sure the pool are working correctly! Just a great company.
