The app is very user friendly and we are looking forward to this "mini daycation" in between our cruise and flights back home.
No human contact
No human contact , booked morning passes but won’t allow afternoon. Too stressful I have cancer for the 3rd time and we were trying to make the best of the situation
"Guest Name" field ALWAYS ignored, ResortPass blames ME
EVERY time I book on ResortPass, the app ignores the Guest Name field and sends the booking with the App Username. Most of the time, I book Pool access and the property doesn't care. But when it's a Day Room, ID Laws Apply at checkin, so the Name matters. This morning I booked a Day Room, dead tired after missing a 5am flight. Being so tired, made it a whole chore to enter my ID Name, so I am 100% certain I did. I called the property to verify, and of course ResortPass had ignored the Guest Name I entered. I emailed ResortPass to request a refund, and booked at a different property, on a different app, because I had to go *somewhere, immediately.* ResortPass emailed me back to tell me they *updated the Name on my booking*, BLAMED ME, and then refused to REFUND, citing a CANCELLATION POLICY. Let's be clear: I didn't request to Cancel. I REQUESTED A *REFUND* FOR MY BOOKING BEING MADE *INCORRECTLY* *BY RESORTPASS*. I did NOT request *to correct it* because I ALREADY HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER BOOKING, AND *I DID NOT INCORRECTLY ENTER ANY DATA ON THE FIRST ONE -- RESORTPASS MADE AND CHARGED ME FOR AN ERRONEOUS BOOKING*. So, I will now be Suing ResortPass for Privacy Violations and Data Mishandling, in addition to the $100 they could have just refunded me.

Beautiful, clean, very friendly staff. I highly recommend getting something to eat poolside! My kids loved it.

This was not worth it
This was not worth it! When booking the cabana, my promo code for $50 off did not work. We next arrived at the Scottsdale Princess and parking was $30 per car. This should be listed in the description. They were not aware of our booking so we did not get a waiter for over an hour. There was no fruit plate as advertised and the TV in the cabana was broken. We ended up leaving after 2 hours. $525 plus $90 in parking fees for two hours in a boring pool setting. Rip off!
