I had a real pleasure to have my hair done by talented Marcelle today in Peckham and I am very happy with the results. In fact my hair has not looked of felt so good in a long time. Marcelle managed to even out my tones and blend the colours beautifully, advised on the future plan, took time to listen to what I like and carefully explained what she was doing. She is very detailed orientated, very attentive and ultra professional.I would highly recommend her expertise and I have booked another appointment to get a toner treatment with her next month. Kim

I brought my son in for a curly cut at the end of summer and couldn’t be more delighted with the brilliant job Stefania did. She made us feel welcome and relaxed and gave advice on products. The shape of the cut is beautiful- highly recommend!!

Just had an amazing cut at Brixton Bluetit! Sam listened to what I wanted, and cut my hair beautifully, so happy with the result - thank you!! The salon has a lovely chilled atmosphere too. I can’t wait to return for my colour at the end of the month :)

Just had a wonderful cut and blow dry with a beautiful, happy stylist called Andi at Blue Tit Blackheath. I’ve not had a cut in a long while so it was lovely to be put at ease by Andi. She did an amazing cut, exactly what I wanted, and my hair feels so much healthier! Great service, friendly salon. I will be happy to go back! 5 star!!

Been coming here since I moved to London but hadn't been back for a few months. The staff are always nice and friendly. I came in for a fringe trim by Joseph and couldn't be happier!

I saw Sofia at the Bluetit salon in Dalston, absolutely thrilled with my new fringe! She was amazing, really positive and encouraging throughout, listened carefully to what I wanted, and made me feel completely at ease trying something new. I love the result and have had so many compliments already. Highly recommend!

Jeg blev klippet hos Blue Tit på Nørrebro. Stylingen var flot, da jeg forlod salonen, men efterfølgende har jeg været meget skuffet over selve klipningen.
Etagerne blev skåret i håret frem for klippet, og det er tydeligt, at frisuren ikke fungerer. Etagerne falder ikke naturligt, håret ser stridt ud, og jeg har svært ved at få en pæn og naturlig form på det.
Jeg betalte omkring 1000 kr. for klipning, samlet regning 1526 inkl. to stylingprodukter, jeg fik ingen kvittering. Besøget handlede lige lige meget om klipning og salg af stylingprodukter. Til den pris forventer jeg en klipning, der også fungerer, når stylingen fra salonen er væk.
Jeg skal allerede snart klippes igen for at få rettet frisuren – men ikke hos Blue Tit. Jeg synes ikke, pris og kvalitet hænger sammen, og jeg kan derfor desværre ikke anbefale stedet.

I had been growing my hair for almost two years with no colour so I was very excited to have it dyed. Sadly, the first visit was not what I expected and I came away feeling really upset after such a long wait. I contacted the head office and spoke with Becky. Becky was amazing. Honestly one of the most professional customer care representatives I have ever come across. She really took the time to listen to me and what I wanted. She was patient, kind and understanding and after not feeling like I was understood the first time around Becky made me feel totally heard. She followed up with me on a number of occasions through out the process and found me an appointment with a stylist in Brixton very efficiently. I saw Michael in Brixton who is one of the best hair stylists I have ever met. He was realistic, honest and understanding. He is so talented and now I have hair that I am really happy with. A huge thank you to Becky and Michael I am super grateful for the whole experience. In a world where we all seem to be complaining at each other it was genuinely wonderful to find two people who made my experience a joy. Thank you x

I really reccomend the Blue Tit Academic. I 'm very happy with my hair. The student Alex, have a magic hands. He is absolutley amazing and ready to be a great professional. Congratulations to her teacher Gemma , She is very kind and great teacher .

First time at this salon- Blue Tit at Woolwich. George was fantastic. Really happy with the way he cut and styled my hair today! Will be going back for sure.

Bella, CP branch is just adorable and she’s an amazing colourist!
I absolutely hate the colour but that’s 100% not Bella’s fault, I chose it- it’s a lot like Miss Havisham’s hair- kind of a dull, dusty cobweb colour.
The products are organic which is great but personally I didn’t like the acrid smell, so I washed it straight away and it felt exactly like I was washing a giant Brillo pad but I guess this is the result of bleach, so again, no fault of the salon. Sadly, the smell hasn’t washed out.

I think, just let them decide the colour when you go and maybe stretch to a treatment.

An expensive mistake for me but not your fault.
Update- gutted my top from yesterday is splattered with bleach all around the neck area-wear an old t-shirt guys!
I do hope this review is helpful, I am a Virgo and we are always told we are too critical but we only want to help.
Here’s the good news- I left a Kiehls treatment on overnight and it’s definitely less grey this morning! But still smells awful, I was dreaming of filling up my car with petrol all night.

Louisa at the Leyton Blue Tit Salon is INCREDIBLE. She listens and knows exactly what I want, always amazing results which I constantly get compliments on, even when I am due an appointment. She has created such a fantastic finish that grows out perfectly. Cannot recommend her enough!

I prepared for my appointment with the colour and cut I wanted to acheive and I couldn't be happier with the result. If you have had a balearge you will know its a long process but I was confortable throughout and very well looked after and the head massage was so lovely too. Cille also gave me some tips and tricks to styling and looking after my hair. Cille is a tallented stylist who really makes the experience wonderful. I truely recommend and will be returning again and again. Thank you Cille xx

I had a great experience with Nancy at Blue Tit in Streatham this week! I have very thick, curly hair and she did an amazing blow dry. Don’t think my hair has ever been that smooth!
