I don’t know what I expected but it was such a simple process and the staff very helpful, following up with a call at each stage. I would certainly recommend them for storage made simple.

The site is accessible clean and well managed. The one drawback is the weight of the ladder to access the upper units.

Having a unit up top is not ideal as you have to move a very large platform by hand three times to open your lockup, if I had know this I would have paid the bit extra for a ground floor unit.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate it.
We understand that accessing an upstairs unit can feel less convenient, especially when you are moving larger items, and we are sorry to hear it wasn’t ideal for you.
If you would like, we would be happy to check our current availability on a ground-floor unit. Please feel free to call or email us anytime to discuss your options.

Thank you for your kind review! We're glad to hear you found the containers clean and easily accessible, and that the location worked well for you. If you ever need storage in the future, let us know and we'll be happy to assist!
Very good, but not cheap!
For those looking for safe and secure storage, I can't really fault them. The access hours can be a pain (20:00 latest in the evening), but that's probably just me.
For those doing it on a budget, be aware they increase the price like clockwork at what appears the most they can get away with and once a unit is full of your stuff, it's a pain to move and/or find a cheaper option (which there usually isn't as they all charge the same)
Increase for 2025 was 8%! (and I have 2 units)
The other thing is they charge every 4 weeks (13 payments), so the date moves which caused me some issues with timings with bank.
In short; efficient, good units, decent support via email, but you will pay top dollar for it!

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We are glad to hear you found our storage units secure, efficient, and that you have had a positive experience with our customer support team.
We do understand your concerns regarding price increases and the four-week billing cycle. Like many businesses, we review our prices periodically to keep up with rising operating costs, but we always aim to remain competitive within the local market.
Regarding the access hours, we try to strike a balance between customer convenience and site security.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, it really helps us identify where we can improve. If you would like to discuss anything further, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Fantastic storage!
I required storage for a couple of months. Blue Bear was recommended to me for its ease of accessibility.
I was fortunate to order a unit at the time they had an offer on rental. I had a couple of questions prior to booking, spoke to their really helpful advisor, Harry, it seemed no question was a problem to answer, leaving me feeling confident to go ahead with the booking.
On the day I arrived at the unit, I called them again, as being new to this I was a bit unsure. Spoke with Harry again, he told me how to proceed through the gated entrance and where to find my unit.
The booking also came with a video on how to access the units, how to open the unit and how to fit the provided padlock.
I was able to back my vehicle up to the doors of the unit, making unloading super easy.
The unit is very clean and I felt happy knowing my possessions were going to be kept dry and clean for the duration of storage.
I highly recomend Blue Bear Storage. They have 3 sizes of containers to choose from at very reasonable rental prices.
The site is very secure with keypad entry electric gates and plenty of cameras overlooking the units.
I’m a very happy customer.
