I don’t know what I expected but it was such a simple process and the staff very helpful, following up with a call at each stage. I would certainly recommend them for storage made simple.

Absolutely brilliant service spoke to Harry in sales and honestly he couldn’t be more helpful.
He arranged a viewing of the storage unit for me. Talked me through everything on the phone when I arrived at Barton Road.
And any issues I had he was just a phone call away. NOTHING was to much trouble for this man. Thank you so much Harry.

Rip off and money grabbers
Only booked the unit for a month handed keys back and they charged another month as apparently have to give 4 weeks notice. So apparently should have given notice the day I collected the keys, what a joke and really rude and unhelpful when trying to sort it out and offered no option but to pay with a remark of its in the T & C'S THERE ARE FAR BETTER COMPANIES THAN BLUE BEAR CHECK THEM OUT FIRST.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience when you finished storing with us back in June, and that our four-week notice period came as a surprise.
We strive to be as transparent as possible with customers. The notice requirement is included in the licence agreement, booking confirmation, and move-in emails. We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when something doesn’t match your expectations, especially for a short stay.
Your feedback is very much appreciated, and we will be reviewing how we communicate this policy to make it even clearer in the future. We are grateful that you chose to store with us and wish you all the best going forward.
Kind Regards

What a great team behind Blue Bear Self…
What a great team behind Blue Bear Self Storge. My first person I spoke to was Harry. What a helpful and professional person he is. Probably should get a pay rise. Then the next person was a very nice lady who I unfortunately have forgotten her name but she was so helpful. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else. These are definitely the people to trust.

Very happy so far.
I did get in a muddle trying to book the locker online but was able to speak to someone on the phone who helped me. I have only been using my locker for a week but so far all is good. The locker is nice and clean. This is for house move storage, no chain involved. I am able to access the locker to start moving things in as I sort them out. Less stressful. So far I am very pleased.

The booking process is very easy
The booking process is very easy and the communications clear.
Accessing the storage site was also easy using the app.
A very slight downside is that lock is a bit fiddly, but overall the complete process was clear and not confusing.
