Excellent customer service!
Difficult to set up the account at first, but the staff were extremely helpful and assisted me with everything. The order process was fast and efficient, and I was really pleased with the quality of my items.

Ordered a practice wooden Shoto sword
Ordered a practice wooden Shoto sword. On closer inspection I discovered a crack almost half way through the wood. However Blitz sent me a replacement straight away at no extra cost!
Excellent response restored my confidence!
