Great service…

Blitz Sport delivered an excellent experience when I recently ordered 10 belts for my Taekwondo club grading. The order arrived right on time, which was crucial for our event, and everything was exactly as expected. The service was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. I would highly recommend Blitz Sport to anyone looking for reliable martial arts equipment and great customer service.

Vat add at end not on item price

Everything was fine quality of the items were great Just one thing I don't like the VAT being added at the end / check out Should have been added to the item price from the start to me that's a little bit misleading

Received an empty package

Update: the shipment issue was resolved by the customer service very quickly. Thank you blitz team.

They sent me an empty bag instead of a bokken. I wonder what thought process was happening in the head of a person who did the packaging... Take a bag, forget to put a meter long wooden sword, carefully roll it, fix it with a tape, attach the stickers and off it goes...

Paid for next day delivery on a Sunday…

Paid for next day delivery on a Sunday morning, with a bank holiday monday the following day. Wasnt wxpecting it until tuesday because if this. Didn't arrive until Wednesday. Customer service were unhelpful. Just told me they're not open at the weekends and so wouldn't have sent it until Tuesday. If this is the case, next day delivery shouldn't be an option. The delivery method cost as much as the belt I ordered.

Thank you for your feedback.

I am sorry for the frustration you have experienced with your order.

However, I must stress that the delivery method shown on our website is not "next day delivery"; it is "next working day delivery". This wording is used specifically to make it clear that weekends and bank holidays are not counted as delivery days.

I do apologise that you were unhappy with the customer service you received but a human customer service agent responded to your message within six minutes, explained the situation, provided full tracking information, and offered to keep you personally updated.

While I do understand your concerns regarding the delivery charge, specialist companies like ours are naturally more expensive than larger retailers. That said, we offer the cheapest postage rates in the UK when compared to other martial arts suppliers—£1 cheaper than our major competitors while also providing a faster service.

I wish this had been a better experience for you. However, I do feel that a 2-star review is somewhat unfair given the circumstances.

Of course, if there are any issues with the item itself or its quality, please let us know and we will deal with them immediately.

Good items, fast delivery, but pricey

Bought some kendo equipment with them and was pleased of the quality and speed of sending the items. The only concern I have is the pricing, its a bit on the pricy side. Because I usually bought items of the like when I was in Japan. The price of the same brand and quality are wayy lower than how its priced with them. Considering the shipping and other fees still it should not cost that so much.

Very happy with there custom service

The delivery service DPD was late. however Blitz phoned me to apologise and refund my next day delivery fee. I much appreciated the phone call and chatting with their representative. The product i had ordered was as expected and I am happy with it. Overall I have no problem recommending Blitz good quality products and excellent customer service.
