We went to look for a rucksack for our granddaughter who was going travelling around Asia. We're looking at a couple of options when one of the assistants Mike came over and asked if he could be of help. He went through the basics of what we should be looking for and also explained that we needed to consider a woman's rucksack as the frame is designed to suit a female shape. Excellent customer service, Mike was extremely helpful at the till, making sure I had the correct gas for my camping job set up (which I hadn’t!) and ensured that I left with the correct product. Saved my camping dinner!

So, as a guy who likes to hike, but try things on before I buy, Harry in the north street shop was more then happy to help me. I told him what I was in the market for and he went above and beyond to help out. Even rummaging in the store room for items in my size! Super helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
