Cher service client Bitgild.
Je suis aussi surprise qu'il n'y ait pas de suivi ni d'historique de commande dans votre site. J'ai choisi un point de livraison et je suis passée aujourd'hui et il est fermé jusqu'au 2 juillet inclus. J'aimerais changer de lieu de livraison et j'aimerai savoir si les gold coins arriveront sous scellés ? Je vous remercie de rentrer en contact avec moi car il s'agit d'une commande importante.

J'ai commandé le 16/03.
La commande a été envoyée en 2 colis.
J'ai reçu le premier colis le 27/03.
Je devais recevoir le 2ème colis le 03 avril.
Aucune nouvelle du transporteur depuis le 04 avril.
J'ai envoyé un email le 10 avril au support de Bitgild sans aucune réponse.
Nous sommes le 29 avril... Toujours aucune nouvelle du transporteur et de Bitgild... Ce n'est vraiment pas sérieux

Après plusieurs échanges par emails, la commande a été renvoyé. J'ai reçu ma commande complète le 03/06/25. Le problème ne vient pas du vendeur mais d'UPS qui est un transporteur plus qu'horrible (retard, vol de marchandise, non respect du lieux de livraison). Je vous conseil Bitgild si vous passez par un autre transporteur. Malheureusement, en France, ils ne proposent qu'UPS actuellement.

I wish the company had a better customer communication service provided. My order took longer than expected but it finally arrived after a few weeks of delay. Hopefully, they can improve the shipment and communication in the future.
