Waiting for titanium rounds for three months!
I am still waiting for the titanium rounds ordered on August 6, 2025. After sending two emails, the only response I received was: “Once they arrive, your order will be shipped.” I have not received any further information. A three‑month wait is excessive. Lack of clear, proactive communication, no estimated arrival date provided, the waiting time exceeds what is reasonable for this type of product.

Just be careful and read fine print
Just be careful and read fine print. Not bad, but not great any more like couple of years before. Formation of final bill is unclear. When is finally formed has some added costs I didn't expect. I decided to cancel purchase and pay the fee because I understand that they have costs. Amount was insignificant but still left bad taste.

My go-to company for coin and bullion purchases from the EU
I have now made several purchase from European Mint first in May 2025 and at least 4 more at the time of writing this review on the 1st August 2025 and they have never disappointed. My orders are always correct, dispatched promptly and are extremely well packed for the journey to Australia. They have a wide range of products with something to suit everyone's taste. Their communication has also been excellent with any queries answered in a timely manner (being mindful of the time zone differences if outside of business hours). European Mint are one of my go-to companies for coin and bullion purchases from the EU

UPS lost my package
I bouht 2 gold coins worth € 2.751,83. I immediately reported the non delivery and an investigation was opened. I filled out the form they sent me and returned it to them at the end of july.
A complaint was opened, but although the shipment is insured so far I have not been reimbursed. Hope this problem is going to be solved soon as they're collaborative and kind
16/10 In the end I got a full refund. They are reliable

Smooth, quick and genuine
I have made two purchases so far and both went really smooth. First one was delivered through standard post which took around 20 days to arrive, second one was sent through UPS, which took less than 5 days. Everything came packaged in a discreet and safe way. No complaints at all, support is really responsive, will definitely order more.

The package arrived in Scotland well packed, so there was no damaged. The coins I received are just what I ordered, and all original coins in Proof condition. Thank You for the good business. Gebrekkige communicatie.
Coins zijn tot op heden niet geleverd Telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Hun EM Fedex account bestaat niet. Doorgegeven details kloppen niet.
Hoop dat de coins nog geleverd worden of anders een restitutie ontvang. Een aangifte bij het ministerie van Justitie word overwogen en openbaarmaking in de media.

Voor toekomstige lezers willen we graag verduidelijken dat de bestelling van deze klant exact 6 werkdagen na het plaatsen van de order is geleverd — volledig binnen de normale termijn voor internationale verzending. Toch bevat deze beoordeling meerdere onjuiste en ongefundeerde beweringen, waaronder de foutieve claim dat ons FedEx-account “niet bestaat,” wat absoluut onwaar is.
Alle verzend- en bedrijfsgegevens waren correct en actief, en er werd nooit enige klacht ingediend nadat de klant het pakket had ontvangen. Het is jammer dat zulke overdreven en misleidende aannames werden gedaan, terwijl de standaardprocedure gewoon werd gevolgd. We hebben tienduizenden tevreden klanten in heel Europa en daarbuiten bediend, en onze service spreekt voor zich.
