They continue to offer a higher credit limit which helps my rating. I maintain my usage low but have wiggle room if I need it....

Great customer service, Terrible service
What a great experience with Holly who has helped me close an account with BIP.credit.
My first experience with this company back in 2022 was bad, To say the least. I did ask them to close my account back then but apparently they couldn't confirm my ID.
years gone by and i forgotten about it until recent bank statement from them. So i rang them and requested a closure. it took Holly only 3 minutes to do what took me 3 years :D
I would NOT recommend their credit cards. Their APR is a joke. their services are a joke!
Avoid :)

Great card to have only thing is there’s no plastic card in case you need it for an emergency would be handy to have a card if maybe you forgot your phone or if you battery died if you were out in about I always like to carry a card just incase

Let's appreciate the physical card.
Sir,
I have to say that this cardless option is NOT one that I support.
It is important to have a physical card available as a final choice. Using a cardless option makes matters seem a little unreal at times even though it does work satisfactorily in nearly all occasions.
Personally, I would feel more consciously satisfied knowing that a physical card is available on my Credit card account.
To rely too much on technology or perhaps even AI, can never be a good form of action.
We must have that option of the actual physical card available as the alternative.

Had my Bip account for two years now and I have always been very happy with the service that I have received. Great app that is easy to use and if I have needed help, the customer service has been great.
