Placed an order on 3/17, today is 3/30–it’s still showing the order is ‘processing’.
Have contacted their non-existent customer support on the status of my order, and have not received a reply to any of my 3 emails. Sent the last one to request cancellation, and no response and order is not cancelled or shipped. I had to literally dispute this with my bank to get my money back. What a shame, I thought this was a reputable company. Unbelievable.

Sensibio Gel Moussant is one of the best cleansers I've used so far. My skin type - combination.

It cleans properly and do not make the skin dry after washing.

Mon avis concernant Bioderma Photoderm AR Crème solaire teintée anti rougeurs SPF 50+

J’ai acheté le produit Photoderm Crème Teintée Anti-Rougeurs SPF50+ AR, 30 ml. Malgré la mention "très bonne tolérance cutanée et oculaire", j’ai eu une réaction importante aux yeux après quelques heures d’application.
J’ai contacté Bioderma via leur formulaire et relancé, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Une marque qui ignore complètement les problèmes de ses clients est inacceptable. Indifférence e totale de Bioderma .

I have purchased the product before, and like everything about it. I decided to purchase this time from the company direct. I placed my order and got an email that my order was confirmed. I did not receive notification if or when it was shipping. It showed up several days later damaged in shipping. The product had no packing material whatsoever, but rather the bubble wrap was at the top of the box. Decoration? Called the number on the packing slip, which was the only number I could find. They use a distributor. Distributor said they had new hires that aren’t doing a very good job. Great! He gave me another number of a gal that clearly works from home… gave her info… no response. Finally went to the website to find broken links. Filled the contact me. SEVERAL days later they get in touch and ask me to send pictures. It’s over a week later, no response back. Sorry… with all the other “like” products out there, I will not be patronizing an org. that doesn’t have its act together, nor do they care a bit about its customers.

Been buying Bioderma Atoderm for my son for years. He time to time have dry skin and must say this s one of the best product used. I have tried many until found this particular.

Ho provato soltanto un prodotto. Pigmentbio scrub. Mi sono trovata benissimo. Ottimo prodotto.

When I first bought Bioderma Sebium Mat control 3 years ago, it was amazing - really mattifying with an instant effect which lasted most of the day. This is a totally different product nowadays - the consistency of water and has minimal/no effect on shine control. Are they saving money by watering it down?

Nous avons utilisé bioderma photoderm spray famille spf50+ 300ml pendant nos vacances. Premièrement elle laisse un finit bien trop brillant. Deuxièmement elle tâche les vêtements, de façon irréversible pour certains.
Nous avons du jeter 3 maillots de bain et un joli haut blanc ! Joli budget mis à la poubelle!
Je suis très en colère et je n'ai plus confiance .je n'achèterai plus du tout cette marque , terminé!

J'utilise les produits Bioderma depuis des années.
Souffrant d'eczéma atopique, le baume Ultra apaisant est une pure merveille d'efficacité. Ceci n'est qu'un exemple. La lotion Créaline TS m'a été recommandée par un dermatologue, et me suit depuis sa création. Elle démaquille ma peau réactive parfaitement sans problème. A chaque fois que j'en ai testé une d'une marque concurrente, j'ai été déçue. Le laboratoire est très sérieux concernant l'innocuité, la qualité des produits commercialisés. Loin des promesses délirantes de certaines marques, relayées par les réseaux sociaux; juste l'efficacité!
Rarement déçue par la marque; presque jamais d'ailleurs!
Seul petit regret : Les solaires visages manque de matité; sinon, un sans faute!

I purchased the cleansing oil (1liter bottle) and after some time the oil changed from a translucent yellow to a murky opaque yellow, there clearly is some quality issues with the product. When I reached out to Bioderma they refused to replace the product nor offer any kind of explanation on what could’ve went wrong, basically did not want to take accountability for their product and now I’ve wasted over $30 for something I can no longer use. Never buying their products again.

Produit inefficace dès que je l'utilise c'est sûr j'attrape des boutons sur la peau c'est terminé le gel douche Bioderma malgré une senteur
agréable honnêtement ça vaut pas le prix qu'on le paye.

Mon dermatologue m a prescrit Atoderm sos spray Bioderma pour la sécheresse et démangeaisons de la peau.
En suivant le mode d emploi, aucun effet positif.
Mon mari a essayé ce produit, les démangeaisons persistent..
A quoi sert il ?
Dépenser son argent sans aucune amélioration?

Sono anni che utilizzo il protettore per le labbra Atoderm. Scopro oggi, dopo l’ennesimo articolo, che nonostante la segnalazione di anni fa non hanno mai sostituito le sostanze GRAVEMENTE DANNOSE all’interno di questo prodotto, gravi soprattuto se ingerite.
Nonostante la loro straordinaria propaganda sulla pulizia del marchio e la salute dei loro clienti, continuano ad ingannare milioni di persone..
Il burro cacao… che spesso viene poi ingerito.
Non mi interessa del denaro speso, da oggi non lascerò a BIODERMA O NAOS nemmeno più 1€ e lo sconsiglierò a chiunque, dentro e fuori dal web. Quanto alla salute. È davvero molto molto grave giocare così con la salute delle persone.

Ce produit photoderm crème 50+ pour peaux sensibles que j ai acheté il y a un mois ce produit se périme en octobre déjà ce n est pas normal !!

De plus j ai une allergie insupportable
Pour un produit qui est pour peaux sensibles

J ai laissé un message à bioderma pour leur signaler ce problème

Merci bioderma de m'avoir envoyé ce sérum pour le tester ! Je l'ai adoré texture et parfum agréable. Teint unifié et lisse. Je l'ai utilisé cet hiver parfait pour ma peau déshydratée sensible et atopique je n'ai pas eu d'allergie.

Two complaints on the website without answer.

Bioderma only answers good reviews and avoid problems?
Pay attention in what happened to me if you intend to buy a Bioderma product:

I bought two tubes of "Bioderman Sébium Mat control" cream. I used one and I really liked it, good consistency, I felt small sensations on the skin that the product was working. When I finished the first pack, I opened the second and to my surprise the consistency is completely different, much more "watery", it is possible to see agglutinated and undissolved particles, even shaking a lot before using. In addition, there is no sensation of action on the skin, like the same product in the previous packaging.

Leads me to believe there is a clear quality problem with this batch. It's within the expiration date but seems somehow "spoiled".

So nobody from Bioderma answers. Great way to treat costumers. I'll never buy Bioderma again and advise you to avoid if you don't want to buy water for the price of an expensive cream.

I still want my money back!

Si comme moi vous avez une peau sensible et capricieuse et que vous redoutez le moment de démaquillage rassurez-vous avec l’eau micellaire démaquillante Bioderma vous allez adorer ce moment elle est trop douce au revoir les rougeurs et les picotements au moment de se démaquiller
Je vous recommande cette eau micellaire

Trés bonne marque que j'affectionne tout particulierement, avec une gamme de produits pour tous les types de peaux et tous les problèmes que l'ont peux rencontrer. Je recommande vivement cette marque

Ayant de l'eczéma j'utilise bioderma depuis des années. C'est une marque que j'apprécie particulièrement et qui me soulage quand j'ai de fortes crises, bien que ça ne diminue pas mes plaques. Je ne mets en revanche pas 5 étoiles car en tant qu'étudiante les prix sont un peu chers pour mon budget.
