Non consiglio questo negozio Online, i prezzi sono alti (come al concessionario Honda) e il servizio è scadente.
Ho aspettato 2 mesi senza nessuna notizia in merito al mio ordine, sono riuscito ad avere informazioni solo tramite il servizio di assistenza via telefono, a cui hanno risposto prontamente.

Le top, aucun soucis, uniquement de l'origine pour ma moto donc emballé Honda, je recommande sans problème !

Disgusting service.
The technical support could not answer a simple technical query. Took them 4 days to reply to the email and took same amount of calls to get someone to give me a vague answer saying the parts might possible be the ones I need, even though I provided pictures of the damaged ones.
I was assured that the parts are in stock and will receive them in 2 days.
Well, 8 days and 6 phone calls later, I got an email from the same technical rep saying that the item was shipped.
No one called me back as they promised every time.
I haven't got the parts yet, so I can't say if they are what I needed or what I ordered, I don't have high expectations at all.
Unfortunately I could not find something else in the UK, so I guess I had to bite the bullet.
However, this is utter unacceptable from a Honda genuine parts dealer and they really put me off the brand. I would honestly give it minus stars I that would be an option.

Horrible service....
You can only call the switchboard, no direct contact with the honda parts specialists.
Got a call back 2 days after calling the switchboard and the "specialist" had no idea what he is talking about or what I was asking for. Just shocking !
Glad I did not buy anything from them....

Tout a été conforme, société très sérieuse qui règle les petits soucis causés par le transporteur en temps réel. Les pièces étaient très bien emballées. Je suis très contente et je recommande.

Rubbish, do not buy from here, items not listed in stock, I called them 1 week every day to refund me, they never get back to me. Every time was a lady answering and was telling me I will let the team know and they will give you a call, never called back, I have done 5 refund forms, they never get back. Thanks to paypal I was able to get my money back, scamers, please do not use this website to get your parts unless you want to give your money and forget the parts or the money or both, absolutley ignorants, if I can I will give u 0 stars

I would give zero stars if that was possible. I wish I had read the other reviews on this website before purchasing bike parts from Bike-Parts-Honds back in mid April 2021. The goods did not arrive and my emails went unanswered and phone calls just go through to a call handing service.

It looks like this company are also trading under different names such as Scooters Ltd and Chelsea Bikes. This is a scam and do not buy from any of these companies. Luckily, I purchased via PayPal who I raised a dispute with and they sorted out the refund in about 14 days.

Had a terrible experience with these guys.

Ordered a part, they took days to process and was showing as pending. I decided to call and asked why and they told me because they are busy! I waited one more day and called again to check, as soon as I have someone on the phone the order appeared to be processed. I asked them to cancel the order over the phone and summited a cancellation request on their site and I was told the order would be cancelled. Have not received a confirmation of cancellation (why?) Also emailed to ensure there was a trail showing I wanted to cancel, they have not responded to my emails

Opened a PayPal case, they have not respond yet there either, still waiting to see if they cancelled or not the order as requested multiple times (over the phone, their site and on Paypal)

Steer well clear if these guys, about the worst customer service possible.

Completely ignored my emails and calls.
I bought a pair of genuine Honda mirrors for my Fireblade for £434.23 (payment taken by "Scooters! Ltd.". Within 8 months the black paint on the stalks has peeled & the mirrors are "desilvering" from the edges. It's getting worse.
I explained the problem to them & sent photos by email, & also phoned their "call centre" many times & was promised a call back from the parts dept. each time. No-one ever did so I guess I'll now take this up with PayPal.

Après une commande de plus de 1200£, argent débité mais je n'ai jamais eu de confirmation. Plusieurs e-mails, jamais de réponse ! J'ai alors demandé une annulation, encore pas de réponse.
Lassé, j'ai ouvert un litige avec Paypal et comme par hasard, ils ont essayé de me joindre 5 fois dans la même journée et m'ont envoyé un e-mail pour me demander si je souhaitais attendre encore ma commande ou être remboursé, j'ai juste répondu de me rembourser. J'ai reçu mon argent aujourd'hui après presque deux mois de bataille. Merci Paypal !
Un conseil, ne commandez pas chez ces escrocs.

Order parts from here and received a confirmation email and money taken. Never heard anything since. No update on dispatch. Called to ask for an update and was told I will be called back. Still waiting. Cancelled order online and still have had no update or received a refund. Appears to be a total scam. Do not use this company.

order an item after one day I requested to cancel , he still shipped the item after one week , i refused to pick it up in order to return it he said he will not refund me anything , just don't use this site .

Buying from this seller was a very unpleasant experience. Asking to cancel an order, the seller sneakily delivered without taking into account my cancellation requests. Moreover I've paid for shipping at least 3 times the real value. So think two or three times before buying from here.

Very disappointed, total lack of communication, I ordered a part from their website which they did not have. They seem to back-order everything possibly or not! I have emailed them numerous times to every email address they have posted on their site and zero response. I eventually raised a PayPal dispute and that's the only time they responded and they asked whether I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund which I responded to as yes cancel and refund as it was almost a month and I had sourced it elsewhere. No response again and I was quite busy and suddenly PayPal auto closed the dispute whilst i was still in dispute and awarded them the money - never received the promised refund or the item and never responded to any emails - I'm now in the process of raising a small claims process as a matter of principle - total waste of time and will let everyone I know in the Honda biking community know about their unprofessionalism.
**UPDATE: My wife phoned and phoned them and eventually got though they were not that interested to engage at first but eventually persuaded just to refund the money and they did immediately.

So after ordering the needed part and being sent a wrong part from someone else, I found Bike Parts Honda in Chelsea and ordered from these guys, ordering was simple but after 3/4 days not hearing anything I found a lot of negative reviews, panicked and opened a PayPal case, next day phoned me and explained they were actually on the case and had just shipped it, then I was given tracking etc and parts arrived next day - the whole process only took 8 days in total and brand new honda parts were delivered. I would use them again if needed and apart from poor communication to start with, I probably would recommend them too.

I ordered motorcycle parts and did not receive them. I wrote to e-mail, called maybe 30 times. Didn’t return the money and didn’t get the parts! ! Be careful with those scammers! ! !

Very bad company to deal with . Take your money then don't send parts, reply to emails or the telephone. Had to claim my money back from Paypal.Was taken in by the professional looking website.

I recently ordered a drain bolt for my crf450, order placement was easy and I received notice that my bolt was on its way, Andy was responsive to my emails and the bolt arrived as promised and in original Honda packaging. I would definitely use them again!
