J’ai commander une pièce de chez Honda je les reçu en même pas 1 semaine alors que j’avais commander sur un autre site en 3 semaine il n’étais même pas expédier donc franchement bien, j’ai vu certains avis avant j’étais perplexe par rapport au prix aussi mais pour ma part c’est arriver et assez rapidement

bonjour, ne réponds pas aux mails, et ne réponds pas sur les 2 numéros de téléphone et biensur pas livrer de ma commande, bref il y a tellement de sites sérieux, que la il faut fuir....

So far it’s been a bad experience. I’ve placed an order with a bunch of parts and unfortunately selected a wrong part but that was rectified later (had to cancel that part and order again as a second order) I’ve been refunded for it and ordered the right part which was soon shipped as per Honda-Bike-Parts, however I got delivered a fender for what I think is a CB400 when my bike is a FORZA 125 and I ordered the Right Front Panel. I immediately thought I was being scammed and email them regarding the situation, asked for and update on my actual orders and instructions on how to send the wrong part I had received back to them. They replied saying that their courier would have to pick this up with no dates or times, and surely not an update on my order which is what I want. They are more concerned in receiving this back (at the same time they’re not as nothing as been arranged yet) than focusing in my order which is what really concerns me and not their mistake of sending something completely different to my address. I’ve been calling their online department for a week and no one answers the phone, when replying to emails there’s no information at all it’s like if I was changing emails with my relatives other than a company who’s holding my money. I wouldn’t recommend this Honda Seller to anyone if you can avoid it as if a problem pops up no one seems to be taking care of it, I will soon cancel the order if this continues.

Tempo per ricevere L ordine é di 7 giorni mentre acquistando direttamente dal ricambista Honda avrei impiegato massimo 2 giorni per averlo…sconsigliatissimo e per niente disponibili

Pessima esperienza, da evitare soprattutto per il mancato supporto, prezzi identici che in concessionario.

I placed often some orders and it was no problem but this is a market place and you can be sometimes in touch with different dealer.
Anyway you have the dealer identity shown at time of complete the order.

Pièce reçus dans les délais annoncer, je n'est pas eu de problèmes avec ma commande.

Haben über bike-parts-honda.de Ersatzteile bestellt. Sehr netter Kontakt. Super schnelle Lieferung. Alles Original Hondateile. Preise zwar etwas teuer, aber bei der Qualität in Ordnung.

My parcel never arrived. Trying to contact them, their phone service directs you to their website, so no person to speak to. No reply from their webmail. Shocking poor service. Where is my parcel?????
Their tracking number is incorrect according to parcelforce.

1 Star as this is the lowest it will allow!

Ordered parts straight from their website, only to be told close of play the next day that they cannot supply the Honda parts advertised.

Useless service and frankly poor customer care.

If only I had read the low star reviews prior to wasting my time!!

Pièces pour refaire le démarreur de qualité. On paye un peu cher mais on est tranquille.

Actuellement je fais beaucoup de commandes chez part bike Honda je n'ai jamais eu aucun souci. Service client au top et à l'écoute.

Bestellte Ware per Vorkasse bezahlt.
Die Ware ist aber leider nie angekommen.
Da bestelle ich nix mehr.

Very friendly website with exploided views to easy search and find what you need, fast delivery. And I had a special request and they made the extra effort for me, even bigger than I could've hoped for!! For me it's a no brainer, they earn 5 stars.

Ordered a Honda motorcycle accessory with shipping to Canada. Received order in one week, item as described. Had to pay $30 duty/taxes/customs fees. I’m happy with the order, it was fulfilled by Firstline motorcycle out of London.

Ottima esperienza, ho ordinato un pezzo del mio Honda vision lunedì e oggi (venerdì) l'ho ricevuto. Non posso che parlarne bene.

Will not discredit anyone else’s review but after reading them once purchased I was a little concerned. I emailed them to ask if I was wasting my breath but Marcin told me it would be with me and it was. Bang on time, well packed and completely genuine. So I will use these again and on my experience recommend them.

Ordered parts rang them up; they saying parts were delivered on the 8.2.22
When i had an email saying 1 part was not in stock and they would send parts out when I stock on the 11.2.22 still no parts will not be using again

I order 4 items they wrote to me that 1 item its not availible after my answer that is Ok jus send me this what you have it , i get message that non of the items are availible and i get message that i was informed about that its realy not profesional the company schould change the person PIOTR KULESZA he should work in Lidl or something like that its not the profesional person and hes just a liar
