Rafael was an absolutely perfect salesman, assisted us all the way without being pushy and gave us amazing customer service

A week later still waiting for the electric seat to be repaired that was faulty when I bought it.

We had an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived (on time), we were told to take a seat. After about 15 minutes, I asked when we would get to see the car, and go for a test drive. The man behind the counter said it could be up to an hour after our appointment time. It baffles me that we weren't warned of the long waiting time when we arrived. We had another appointment, so we just left rather than waiting. We overheard other customers expressing similar frustrations. The man behind the desk didn't seem to see this as a problem - he was unapologetic, as though this was normal.

Waited over 1 hour and 15 mins for someone to even acknowledge I was there and then I was told to wait for someone waited another 20 minutes and then thought I have paid for the car to come here and wasted 1 hour 30 minutes so just left told them it’s fine don’t worry

We test drove 2 cars. The salesman was lovely and very helpful. I told him I wasn’t looking to buy a car that day but would return 2 days later to buy a car. He spoke to his manager who came out and made me feel very uncomfortable, he kept pushing for a sale despite me saying numerous times that I would return to buy a car, the manager had no regard for his customer and only cared about trying to get a sale. Due to this I did not return and they lost business.

This cowboy Company has severely missed sold a vehicle that has been sat out for at least 6 to 8 months while been allowed to rust before we brought the Vehicle .
The vehicle was never checked as discussed and mention in their policy which is not even worth the writing. It's written by, It has come with illegal brakes that has made the vehicle on unroadworthy and big motoring world will not take responsibility for this or give a full refund

The Customer Service is absolutely shocking and non-existent. Don't believe the 200 Point check it's not done on a vehicle. It's just printed off as a general bit of paper not specific to the vehicle

The company will sell you a vehicle without a V5 and expect you to do all the running around get this sorted they don't comply with any consumer duty Law

They have no consideration for other road users as they're happy to send an illegal vehicle out without any checks

Keep well away from this company they need to be shut down as they are totally illegal and have no respect for customers

They do not follow compliance laws, nor did they follow anything at the FCA set out when it comes to a sale, they are desperate for the sales and lie to customers to get the sale, they are pushy a point of sale and make you pay for something that they don't need to pay for common sense should prevail but it doesn't with big motoring world.

Keep well away from the Wimbledon branch they are absolutely cowboys awful from start to finish and don't believe a word they say as they don't do what they say and the quality of the vehicles is very poor.

Big motoring world need to be shut down with immediate effect and stop miss selling to customers

Process was smooth from the start, test drived a couple of vehicles. Meer was the person we dealth with, he was kind and helpful and very professional. We did get all the extras as well just for peace of mind. Also, many thanks to Yasmin and Wilson

The staff, especially the lady who did the test drive with us, were lovely.
Everything was done very efficiently when we visited, and we came away with the car we wanted.

Great customer service.

Not to good overall experience. Sales personnel are pushing to add products we don’t need. We lost a lot of time just trying to say no.
Then we took car home and checked carefully only then we found damages to it. Boot door has a lot of dents and holes to inside plastic and dashboard screen has scratches all over it.

Went to Wimbeldon and was helped by Jack. Very easy and helpful. Would recommend turning up in the morning.
