Great price but delivery rubbish as they said it was delivered when it wasn't I rang them and they said they forgot to put it on the van.customerservise rang me to say it will be nxt day and nothing.they sent a link for me to book a delivery date witch is over a 8 day when it should of been 2 to 4day ...let's see what happens nxt week. V.diapponted. I'll let u all know how it goes for my nxt delivery if it comes on the date I've booked it in!!!!

The Range cooker was delivered on time and the deliver gents were polite and brought the cooker in the house via our back door. The cooker works great and was easy to get connected.

Whilst the freezer works it is a B grade because there is a dent on the left side. I should have a discount for this. Customer service is abysmal.

Got told numerous of times my fridge/freezer was gonna be delivered day after day. Rang the company a couple of times to be told that it “hasn’t” left the warehouse. Ended up having to cancel the delivery because of multiple people saying it was gonna be delivered but didn’t turn up. I had the emails saying that it was delivered and that they attempted to deliver but nobody ever showed up

Ordering was easy , with next day delivery which is great when an old appliance is broken.
Unfortunately I did not receive any text the night before and had to call the company twice to confirm delivery time , it was much later than the time slot they advised

Kept us informed, and arrived within the allotted time. The driver was very pleasant and efficient . Overall very good service and delivery.

Well the washing machine was ok but the two that delivered and installed had no respect. They left us with no works manual, and thru the two of the stabilisers on the ground and left in a hurry.

Everything went as I had been told. Delivery was fast. The lads were great on Delivery, had txt 30 before they came. Perfect thank you.

I couldn't believe how quickly my order was processed and delivered. The efficiency was absolutely spot on. It was so quick I was unable to change my work rota so was not home when for the delivery, but I was called by the delivery driver before hand and was able to leave instructions that they followed to the t. 10/10
