Be a good one i am not refering on your company

My box wouldn't go through the door all they had to do was take the packing off and it went though. It was left in the street I got 2 people to take the packing off for me and it went straight through with no problem

Great delivery, great device

My experience was altogether straightforward until the fridge arrived.
I had prepared the old fridge to be taken away, only to be told by the delivery guys that they could not take it because they hadn't been informed to do so. Needless to say, I wasn't going to let that one slide considering I had paid for the service.
A few calls later made by themselves resolved the problem, and my old one was taken away and I was left with a perfectly working fridge which hadn't acquired any damage during transit.
It would have been a five star had it not been for the mishandling of information. :)

Delivery was excellent arrived safely and only took 48 hours from ordering to delivery. Price and pros amazingly cheap

No one answered phone for 20minutes when trying to get in touch about my delivery 3rd time was better but had to ring at 9am. Delivery was 1 hr late but not notified about delay, was 2 till 4pm came at 4.45pm

Change your delivery company.Your delivery on your website does not correspond with the courier co.That is why I cancelled my order.

Fantastic result in buying our American fridge freezer from yourselves, excellent quality, great service, the price was the best around, knocking your competition out the park, delivery guys we're brilliant and brought it in via the back garden.

All around a good service. Perhaps the only thing I would say would’ve been nice to have an email offer the company when I made the purchase.

I paid for the new machine to be installed but as the old machine was hard wired this was not done

Easy to order a great product at reasonable price. Delivery was super as well.
