I think the fridge freezer is great looks really good but I am concerned it's not getting cold enough the fridge part, I have altered the temperature to 3 Celsius and I am keeping my eye on it just a bit concerned

Good item. Quick smooth delivery.

I ordered an AEG oven which was supposed to be delivered the following day, that was a week ago. My calls and emails have been ignored over the last week. Although I did get a very useless email yesterday from an advisor called Logan who wrote to say your oven should have been with you last week! But with no further update. Zero customer service…can’t comment on rhe product as I haven’t got it!

On time , helpful delivery guy , just wish they fitted integrated appliances it would make it perfect

Still waiting for my delivery which was 2/4 working days and still waiting 6 days later, can never get through on the phone lines and never reply to emails

I would recommend without hesitation.

I bought a washing machine on the Tuesday I paid for for next day delivery. It didn’t turn up on the Wednesday. I waited till Thursday. I contacted the branch. They told me it was out for delivery Friday still didn’t turn up. Nor Saturday waited two weeks still no washing machine so I disputed it and got the money back. Absolutely disgusting service would never use them again. Needs to be liquidated useless company not sure why or how they are still going

I ordered a washing machine with a delivery timescale of 2-4 working days. I emailed and got an automated response, no one has contacted me since.

I called and was assured the courier would contact me with a two hour delivery slot for Monday, that didn't happen. So I called again and they apologised and said definitely tomorrow I would get my delivery.

I didn't get a time slot so I called again. Really sorry you won't be getting your delivery today either. It will be tomorrow again. I had enough of being fobbed off so I cancelled the order and will now have to wait 3-5 days for my refund to buy an urgently needed washing machine from elsewhere.

The moral of the story is if you have endless free days to wait in for your order, time to email and make a daily call to be put on hold over and over again then this is the company for you.

My whole dealing’s with the company has been most excellent, my order was dealt with quickly, securely, organised team work by the delivery men. Thank you so much for all your help from start to fonish, regards from Sharon.

A very Easy Service..Arrived Early..And great delivery drivers..put in place in the kitchen..tock very good care..They also had several steps to deal with too. Excellent from start to finish.
