Hello Christian,
I understand your frustration regarding withdrawal delays and login issues, especially when you're trying to manage your account during live events.
We aim for swift processing, but withdrawals involve essential security checks, which can mean they take a little longer than instant deposits. Regarding login delays, we apologise for any inconvenience; this can occur during peak traffic or maintenance.
We appreciate you highlighting this.
All the best, BETUK

Hello Jamie,
We're truly sorry to hear of your negative experience and understand your frustration.
Account closures are always taken seriously and are actioned only after careful consideration, typically due to regulatory compliance, responsible gambling measures, or breaches of our terms, not in response to player winnings
I've sent a request via Trustpilot. This will allow me to investigate your case further and contact you directly to address your concerns.

Hello Daniel,
I can certainly understand your frustration when you're expecting a quick withdrawal.
While some transactions can be very fast, all withdrawals are subject to standard security and regulatory checks required by our UK licence. This is to ensure your funds are safe and that we meet our legal obligations.
If you have a specific withdrawal you're concerned about, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help.

Bet UK's approach is quite…
Bet UK's approach is quite disappointing as they're not releasing my winnings promptly. I deposited just £50 and managed to win over £1000. However, they've now suspended my account, claiming I need to verify my documents. After completing the verification, they informed me that the safer gambling team needs to contact me, but couldn’t provide a specific time frame. When I requested to speak with a manager, they refused. A customer service representative even accused me of making a negative comment on the live casino, which is puzzling since I didn’t play there. It feels as if they’re looking for reasons to withhold my winnings, especially since they mentioned they can block or suspend accounts without a clear reason under their terms and conditions, which seems unfair.
