Hi there Daniel,
Thank you for your feedback regarding our safer gambling tools.
I understand your concern that using these protective measures might lead to what feels like permanent self-exclusion.
Please know that self-exclusion is designed as a significant, long-term step to support those who need it most, and we continuously review how we communicate all our safer gambling options.
Please be aware that I have sent you an internal request through Trustpilot for me to be able to contact you directly and to be in a position to handle your concerns.

Great site, good games and fast payouts
I liked the setup of the site, the slots and fast withdrawals.
First withdraw was within a few hours, I then won a substantial amount and done some withdraws and it's been nearly 3 weeks now for account verification but i had an email today finally stating my review is complete and my withdrawals should be processed by the end of today.
Don't be put of about the negative reviews as once your account is verified you will receive you winnings.
Thankyou
Louise Rowland.

Hi Maggie,
Thank you for the honest feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the delays and technical interruptions. We aim for instant withdrawals, though some methods can take up to 3 working days due to bank processing times.
Regarding the logouts: for security, the system automatically logs users out after a period of inactivity to protect your funds. However, if this is happening during gameplay, it may be a technical glitch.
Please contact our 24/7 livechat team so we can sort this out for you.
Kind regards, BetUK

Hello Aled,
I am sorry to hear you feel this way, and I understand your frustration.
Bet acceptance can be subject to restrictions based on commercial trading decisions. Similarly, promotions such as Best Odds Guaranteed are also subject to review and can be amended or removed over time.
I appreciate that these decisions are very disappointing, and I will pass your valuable feedback on to the relevant teams. We are sorry that your experience has not met your expectations.
All the best, BETUK
