Better Kitchens Anmeldelser

I looked online and spoke to a lot of people to compare quality and prices for my new kitchen.
Julian, in sales for Better Kitchens, took me through every process of planning and buying my kitchen, All Online! . I sent him a plan of what I wanted and he took me through it step by step.
He was friendly, professional, and anticipated my every question, definitely knows his stuff!
My kitchen arrived, ready built, in perfect condition and when he said it would, and I love it!
I am today ordering more wall units to add to my kitchen and am awaiting Julian getting back to me with his recommendation.
Nothing is to much trouble so both my daughter and son are now looking to Better Kitchens to purchase their new kitchens.
I highly recommend Better Kitchen, thank you for such good service

Really happy with the kitchen so far. Would have given 5 star had it not been for a few niggles at delivery. The company did resolve very quickly though. Overall good product and would recommend.

very helpful the kitchen we got is very good quality.
very good value for money .
delivered on the date we wanted.

I’m very impressed with Better Kitchens. The finish on their doors and cabinets is excellent. I spent a lot of time looking at different shops for the best kitchen and I have no regrets after buying mine from them. My Kitchen arrived on time and it was packed very well. Everything was as it should be when it arrived, no Scratches or damage to any doors or Cabinets. The after service has been good as well. Any extras I needed to finish the job was available in the shop and they did all they could to help. I recommended them to two of my friends and they are pleased with their kitchens as well.

Excellent kitchen, everything supplied on time and in perfect condition.

Great company have used them about 10 times always a great service.

Excellent company to deal with. I have used them for over 15 years and in that time, as a landlord, must have purchased at least 20 kitchens from them. The product is of the highest quality and if any problems do arise they are more than willing to help out and get the problem solved. Very competitively priced and will continue to use them in the future.

Bought new kitchen summer 2018, from double checking the order to explaining all about delivery, giving an accurate timeline, to the order arriving on our doorstep we had excellent service. The units were easy to install, and look great. Would definitely recommend Betterkitchens.co.uk

The units were very well made and strong, when the units were put up they looked fantastic, would highly recommend this company

Excellent service from start to finish, good piece of kit and simple to install

Great service, very prompt

The product is great quality - we opted for the ready-built option and were not disappointed. We had an issue with a missing cabinet, which took a few phone calls to sort out, but everything was delivered in the end.
The guys on the other end of the phone were really helpful with any queries we had on behalf of our client.
If it hadn't been for the issue regarding the cabinet (delaying completion) the rating would be 5 stars!

Superb service and very professional, made the whole process and experience straight forward. Very friendly service and the product is very affordable and the quality very high end in all areas.

I am a installer and have fitted a lot of these kitchens, they are definitely the best on the market. I recommend these kitchens to my customers, once they see the product, the quality and finish. They always buy the kitchen, as it is a far superior product above other suppliers.

I was excited to buy a Kitchen from Better Kitchens as my brother in law buys kitchens from them for property redevelopment. However after making the purchase of the kitchen communication was poor. When the kitchen was installed the latest plan they had sent me did not match the units numbering order. This lead to my kitchen fitters installing the kitchen wrong in areas. Better Kitchens did not then help me to resolve the issue instead we're keen to absolve themselves. I then had to chase them a number of times to fine out where the missing ( delayed) front were. 3 months later I am still waiting for glass shelves. The laminate units also scratch easily. To be fair to Better Kitchens they have asked for more details as I imagine they now a more senior staff member involved he is willing to help, but it's all a little too late.

Great quality kitchen at a superb price.
And the service was second to none - I needed an extra item and it was ready well before the advised waiting time

best kitchen we've ever bought

amazing quality and finish but cheaper than most

will be using them agin that for sure

mark and matt gilmour

Superb Service from start to finish, we love our new kitchen and the service received from Better Kitchens made the whole design, order, delivery and minimal errors a very smooth process.

We started our discussion with Matt in the office and talked through design ideas, placed the order and was delivered on time as advised, the contact was great! We did have a couple of issues (missing plinths and needed to order some replacement doors) this was all handled by Mark in after sales, again contact was excellent always calling when he said he would, and helping to get the issues resolved.

I have already recommended Better Kitchens to friends and clients of mine and will continue to so...

Great guys to work along side, very professional and service is outstanding. Look forward to working with you throughout 2020.

Excellent quality units at a competitive price with great service!

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the units we had ordered, as were the joiners who fitted them. As we were unable to buy the ready made carcases we were abit worried on how things would work out, but they went together fine. We had a couple of issues with doors but we're resolved pretty swiftly. The order was made as the quotes given by other companies were alot more expensive and the l would of had to of compromised on the type of units. I would not hesitate buying again from better kitchens or recommending them to others.
