Ma fille utilise cette plateforme depuis l'étranger. Elle la trouve simple et aime bien le fait qu'il y ait un espace de journal et de mood board, le fait qu'il y ait la possibilité de partager avec la thérapeute. Elle n'est pas forcément obligée de le faire. Toutes les infos sont concentrées au même endroit. C'est fluide. La thérapeute est gentille et professionnelle.

This is the best therapy resource tool ever! I dont know what to call it but its so helpful convenient easy to use and a complete game changer on having the time to take care of myself and mental health and then hit the ground running to attend to the lives and emotional needs of my family and etc so im very grateful I found this and met my therapist I have now I highly recommend this especially to mom's and introverts.

Better help has been super helpful not just for me, but my family as well. It has shown me to the therapist I like and vibe with as well as therapists who are super knowledgeable and will help with what you need. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is struggling with their mental health or just needs to talk to someone!

i am only at the beginning of this journey with betterhelp, but so far i really like it and havent had this positive of an outlook on life in a really long time. Its very convienient and easy to use the online tools. I like the communication options and there were so many therapists to choose from...but I think I got the best one....for me..

The team and therapist have truly impacted my life and met my expectations of a caring company. I was concerned to work with a therapist and they have made this experience effortless.

Difficult to schedule appointments, and one session was cancelled at late notice. (I would have been charged £15)
Slow response when messaging therapist.
I had two sessions in my first month so I cancelled the subscription. £108 per session! Thank goodness I got a discounted intro rate.
I’ll find a proper therapist.

Not a great start. I filled out all the questions after getting a code from PTSD support charity for a months free therapy. Im on low income too so cant afford it. I opened up answered all the questions an was feeling particularly hopeful at the end when it said I would be matched with a therapist but that they need my payment card details for confirming and that after a month this would be charged but when you try putting your card details in and submitting match with therapist it says "card payment declined")so they had actually attempted payment. Not good when you cant afford it. 😕 And I triple checked to make sure it was showing a months free therapy and it does. It even says we only need the details to ensure you are a serious customer but then keeps attempting payment. Made me more depressed if anything as it gave me hope then dashed it within seconds... UPDATE TO RESPONCE: I understand you need a payment method to attach to the account i completely understand but why then is it attempting payment???

The therapist was down to earth, but very knowledgeable and very understanding. She was also very caring & kind and allowed me to tell my story while she listened then made suggestions, but also let me make my own decisions. Very happy with my therapist, Rebecca. Would highly recommend her and better Help.

I have been talking about going to therapy for years!!! But it is hard to find the right therapist in my community that I feel a connection with and is affordable and convenient. BetterHelp quickly helped me connect with the best therapist and is incredibly affordable. I feel thankful and relieved to have found them!

I spent weeks trying to find a good therapist who took my insurance in my hometown. I got frustrated, tried BetterHelp, and met with a great and affordable therapist the very next day! My insurance got worked out automagically, and I was able to focus on getting the help I needed instead of paperwork.

Therapist matching is more important than one would think when starting therapy. Being able to switch therapists when needed and the platform in general just bring user friendly and very few connectivity issues (usually on my end the few times they have happened). I cannot recommend therapy enough and BetterHelp is a fantastic place to start your mental health journey.

After the death of my brother and then my father just 6 weeks later, I knew I was going to need some help processing all that I had gone through. I was not in my home city and needed an online connection. WIth BetterHelp, I was matched with a therapist . We are still working together and i am very pleased with the support I am getting. I also have the option to participate in group sharing as well. Both have been extreemly helpful as I integrate this new season of life. I highly reccommend them if you are looking for some support.

I first tried better help as a more affordable alternative to perhaps get some help.
But in reality is is a much better way to get help. It is about 1/4 the cost of my prior counseling. Doesn't require travel time . So it takes very little out of your day.My councelor answers emails in between sessions and there is also group sessions and lectures you can attend if you wish!

The flexibility in scheduling, the matching of therapist, and most importantly the cost. BetterHelp has given me hope when I thought my world was coming to an end. The financial aspect of therapy can be and is a deterrent for many people. I’m so thankful that I came across BetterHelp!

J'avais pris rendez-vous pour ce matin 11h45 en rendez-vous téléphonique avec une thérapeute désignée comme prévu 11h35 je me connecte sur le site comme indiqué puis j'envoie un message à la thérapeute en lui disant que je suis prête à commencer la séance, les minutes passent aucune nouvelle je renvoie donc un message en lui demandant ce que je dois faire , aucune réponse je lui dis ensuite que je suis en train de paniquer ce qui était le cas aucune réponse j'ai harcelé de message pour demander ce que je devais faire et si elle pouvait au moins me répondre aucune réponse j'ai attendu comme ça pendant 40 minutes sans rien, ni message ni appel rien du tout voilà comment bien se faire anarquer 50 € , merci à betterhelp de m'avoir fait perdu mon temps et mon argent je vais déjà assez mal comme ça.
