The instructor Pauline
The instructor Pauline . Her classes are so good and she is amazing in her delivery in all the classes she takes. I and a lot of others follow her from centre to centre. Walthamstow centre is really nice and clean and the staff are very helpful, polite and chatty. I enjoy going there

I have been doing Helen’s classes ever since I joined back in 2004 she is one the best instructors and her classes are different every week which is what I enjoy most and she is a lovely person

Played badminton
Played badminton, hired a court which is free due to my membership level. Play here every week with friends, it is a fun easy experience, staff are friendly and the place is clean.

I attending pilates classes by Ayoola, she's soo good at it. I enjoy every second of the class. Ayoola is soo warm, and knows what she's doing. I love her class and I look forward to attending it every Wednesday.
