No communication or feedback
Instructor learner ratio could be better. There was no feedback from the lesson. The experience seemed transactional, and there was no communication.

1. I logged in to the course progress site. There are no updates or feedback there. All of it is showing as 'Not assessed'.

I am very sorry to hear that your first swimming lesson did not meet your expectations. Please also be aware that your swim progress will be updated on your profile and you should be able to view this via your Home Portal account. The worst booking system ever !
The worst booking system ever !
it’s almost impossible to book for women’s water workout sessions.
Therefore Not making much use of membership as can’t mange to book regular weekly sessions.

Very frustrating and disappointing.

I am very sorry to hear that you are having difficulties making bookings online. Members are able to book 7 days in advance from 10pm at night and non members can book 6 days in advance. Are you unable to book due to the session being fully booked each week or are you experiencing any other booking issue? If you are experiencing any other booking issue can you let me know so I can try to assist you further?

Competitive price, well equipped
The price is competitive. The gym is well equipped. Pretty clean changing rooms. The classes can be good although could do with a bit more choice.
