Great service from the thetford store a very helpful knowledgeable salesman Jason who was not at all pushy would defiantly recommend several mattresses to try was told it could take a couple weeks for delivery, but a few days later had a call from them saying it had arrived.

My son needed new mattresses for the children's new beds after a house move so I looked on the internet at my usual place but couldn't find anything at a decent price.This place came up and once I read the reviews on these particular ones decided to get them and the children are already enjoying good nights of sleep.

Needed to upgrade my elderly grandma’s bed and Best Beds was the ticket.
They supplied a single adjustable bed with an orthopaedic memory foam mattress that is unbelievably comfortable and supportive all within a week of placing the order.
The bed frame itself is very sturdy - All solid wood and beautifully upholstered with a stylish matching headboard.

I choose BBD because they were the cheapest. The website was easy to use. I was told which day I would receive delivery and the day before I received a time slot. When the driver was 30 minutes away they called to let me know. They also delivered upstairs to the bedroom as requested. In all fast, polite and cheap service. Would definitely use again.

Great communication regarding delivery and very comfortable mattress.

The whole experience of ordering and delivery was fast and efficient. I raised my order on Thursday and my mattress was delivered the following Wednesday. I received a message on the evening before, as promised, providing me with a three hour delivery window and the driver also called me 30mins before they arrived. The mattress was delivered to my bedroom and the whole thing was carried out in about 10mins. I wish all deliveries were like this!
