Bespoke Airsoft Anmeldelser

I had a very pleasant experience. I was looking for an Army Armament R28 which Bespoke Airsoft were selling for less than anywhere else I looked. After I placed my order I easily got through to someone on the phone who updated me on my order status and shipped the product promptly. I placed the order on Sunday and received my new GBB pistol on Tuesday. Package was packed really well and everything is in good order. I can’t wait to test this on the field!

An absolute pleasure to buy from this company. From start to finish there is great communication, polite and fast service. Everything as excepted and a minor error fixed instantly. 10/10, please do not hesitate if you are considering.

Amazing people working, were helpful information for the choice of attachments and guns👌🏼👌🏼👍🏻👍🏻
They deserve 10 stars

Great team I emailed them 5minutes later i got a reply back really rare to see a team so quick like this in the UK.

Very friendly, good information on there services and made me aware of the other stock on there website

Ordered and airsoft gun from bespoke airsoft, it arrived quickly. However it broke a few days later. They covered the repair and delivery back to me under warranty and good faith. Experience while a bit slow was good.

What a fantastic place to visit, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff (cheers Jack). Lots of great guns on site….. be prepared to spend money, you won’t be able to help yourself.

Wow, amazing retailer. The stock on show is just that you purchase and they give you a virgin boxed one. Customer service is 2nd to none. So helpful and knowledgeable.

Great shop with a great range of Airsoft pews and the staff are so friendly and helpful, highly recommend shopping here

Order No. 000016113

Order was accepted on Wednesday 12th July 2023, they then sat on it for five days until they bothered picking it and sending it on their courier (UPS) on Monday 17th July 2023. I'd like to point out that their website says they are open Monday to Saturday so they took four business days to pick, pack and despatch the order: they are dog slow! They are either the busiest micro company in the UK or just plain inefficient with their time. I'd also like to point out that their point of sale stated the AEGs were pre-painted, as such, they can't say they had to wait for them to be painted.

While waiting on them to fulfill the order, they called me but I was unable to answer. It took ME four attempts to call them on their landline and an e-mail to find out what they wanted to talk to me about when you could have simply left a voicemail. They tried to nickel-and-dime me into buying batteries and a charger and when I told the lady on the phone the advert stated they were included she told me "no it doesn't". I told her that her point of sale on the web page clearly stated batteries and chargers were included and I kept screenshots of their webpage. She eventually acquieced and said they would send them.

Well, UPS did a good job and delivered the AEGs next day. The problem is that they sent me the wrong battery type for the stock. Since they sent me nunchuck style batteries, I tried to twist the covers off the M4 stock but they snapped in my fingers as the caps are fuzed in place on the stock. It actually takes a stick type battery in the rear through unscrewing the butt-plate.

I am not all that bothered about breaking the little nubs off the stock, it could be argued it was my fault for not being more careful, but I was acting under the assumption it was a usual set-up for the nunchuck batteries they sent. They are supposed to be the experts after all! The thing that bothers me is that I e-mailed them and tried calling their landline several times (rang out every time) to ask them to swap the batteries for the right ones but to date (it's now Friday 21st July) they have ignored me all week.

So my only remedy now is to buy mini-Tamiya extension leads to let me use the batteries they supplied and hope there is enough space in the buffer tube to stuff the excess cable down.

Overall I am very disappointed with Bespoke Airsoft. This was the first and last time I will ever use them.

TL;DR - these guys are difficult to deal with and get any post-sale support from. Go to any other big online shop like Patrol Base, Land Warrior, Defcon, etc. There are plenty other options who will actually answer calls and e-mails.

First rate service, super fast delivery, second time ive used them and comms are great too. Will be back.

Great service, helpful team. Very fast responses via email. First time using Bespoke but would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free experience.

These guys are fantastic, I haven’t made any orders yet but the advice they gave and answers to my questions have been really helpful.

Ordered Monday and got here on a Tuesday, very quick delivery and nice customer service, wanted to swap a RIF out an it was done with no problems! Highly recommend this company for anything airsoft

Amazing service, very helpful. Purchased my first one and the staff explained the differences and what to go for. Very reasonably priced as well.

The team is nice and super knowledgeable. Great spot.
