New bed for our home
Emilian and Daniel were both very polite, informative and skilled throughout their time at my home. They introduced themselves and went through how I wanted the bed positions and it felt like nothing was an issue for them as they just felt like they were happy to help. The bed was up in no time and it helped with Emilian ringing me prior to attending so I know when to expect them. Both lads very polite throughout and made sure to go through everything with me before final sign off

Excellent service
The guys who delivered the furniture was very well mannered. The furniture was taken the room of our choice and built. The assembly was very professionally built and did not take as long as I would have thought. Thank you Benson Beds.

Shopping without being pressured
The sales assistant was lovely, she knew her products and offered practical advice. Having a disability she sensitively aware of the physical needs I may have.
I was asked politely about what it was I was looking for and if I was suffering with pain on waking etc. Advice was spot on and I hope once it arrives I’m going to get a restful night. Her name was Demi at the Worksop shop . She was pleasant, bubbly & knowledgeable

I’d give no stars if I could
I’d give no stars if I could, would not recommend bensons very expensive for pathetic after care service when I had a problem, customer service and communication is very inadequate. Delivery plain sailing
Following the instructions the gas lift malfunctioned making the metal bent and unfit for purpose the bed wouldn’t close and sprung up. The weight of the £600 mattress just held it down
I’ve spent 5 weeks waiting on a new bed delivery date. Spent a week chasing that after initial delivery. customer service shocking better off Amazon prime over 4 weeks no contact and confirmation of replacement until I’ve gone in store again!!
Told 12/14 weeks for replacement, instore got it down to 7 weeks.
Order cancelled returning item and getting a full refund would never use again or recommend

Be very careful to read the small print…
Be very careful to read the small print on the 40 night guarantee. Not worth the paper it's written on. I have a mattress I'm not happy with but I have to loose £1000 to use the 40 night guarantee. Been into the shop, oh yes we will have to speak to customer service. I've heard nothing since.
