Experience in purchasing a new matressOur experience in purchasing our new…
Our experience in purchasing our new mattress didn’t require much promotion from the sales person - we went knowing what we we looking for but because of the size of the showroom they were unable to show us the mattress, due to size and limited stock on display therefore unable to try it. The young lady explained everything and the fact our daughter had purchased one some time ago - we decided to purchase our mattress.

We appreciate you choosing us for your mattress purchase. We regret that we couldn't display the specific mattress you wanted to try due to space and stock limitations. We're glad the information provided and your daughter's positive experience aided your decision. Thank you for your feedback.
Helpful shop staff. Good product.
Well-informed and helpful shop staff.
Mattress very comfortable - after only 4 nights sleeping on it so far!
Delivery people courteous and helpful.
Always INSIST on deliveries by Benson's own people - we had a most unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience with a 3rd party courier 3 years ago.

Great experience and friendly staff
Visited in store a few times and the team were very helpful in finding us a mattress and bed, informative of the variations between brands and upgrades and friendly. Didn’t feel rushed into a decision. Gary was particularly helpful and it was great to see him a few times and build a rapport.

Great service in store as the sales guy amended his pitch to suit our budget. The delivery was fantastic - such an efficient system and the driver was great as he rang ahead to check on the notes on the system. Would highly recommend.

Delivery procedure and personnel great
The updates on delivery time were great and so were the delivery people.
Not so impressed with in store sales tea. Verging on scruffy in appearance and the guy who ultimately served me was, until I approached him, lying so far back in his chair that I thought he was asleep. His attitude whilst serving went beyond friendly to over familiar.
Generally the store staff gave a very unprofessional impression
