Arrived with my bed
Arrived with my bed , felt sorry for the gentlemen who had the trainee with him as the trainee clearly was just not listening to him . However I’m happy with the bed at the moment little
Bit anxious due to the amount of
Times the gentlemen told the trainee no you’ve
Done that wrong so hopefully there won’t be any issues

Friendly staff who are not pushing for a sale
Greated as soon as we walked in, asked what we were looking for. Pointed us in the right direction then left alone to make a decision, not pushing for a sale.

unexpected purchase with my partner
Me and my partner went into Bensons for beds to view prices so we knew what to save for. We narrowed down our choice of bed and spoke to Employee Neil who made our experience fun and the financial workings out simple to understand whilst also taking our thoughts and feelings into account. Me and my partner felt welcome and I'd really recommend going there to anyone needing a mattress/frame/both. The prices are also fair and reasonable with bundles included.
