Bensons For Beds - Witney Woolgate581 Anmeldelser

Excellent service in the store and clear guidance on delivery.

The performance and demeanour of the staff

Hannah was extremely helpful and patient and made sure we had the mattress that suited us. Every thing was explained well and the delivery date is soon.
A very satisfactory visit.

The reatail assistant was amazingly helpful.

Very happy from start to finish with Benson beds. Sales advice was great and excellent delivery service!

The choices of beds and mattresses are very good. The explanations were clear and outstandingly competent and knowledgeable. There was no sense of rush. The advisor this Sunday morning - Evy - was very impressive. Every question was handled well. As a result, the experience knocked a major competitor we had previously visited clear out of the park.

Five days later a follow up question by phone to customer services was handled very well (price match after online price reduction).

Hint to Bensons: knowing the dimensions not just of a bed frame, but also of packages, would give peace of mind about going through doors when delivered before assembly.

Next time I need a bed, I’ll be going to Bensons first.

Thank you, Evy.

Hint to Bensons: give Evy a raise. She’s gold.

Good service, Courteous and friendly staff (not pushy) very satisfied.

Hannah and the in-store team were excellent and helped me choose the right mattress for my bad back. Great communication from Benson's in the leadup to delivery, as well as on the day. Installers arrived exactly on time, then built my bed much faster than I thought, and we're very polite (thanks Steve and Henry!). And most importantly, the bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. Would use again and definitely recommend Benson's.

I reviewed Bensons for beds on line, and went to our local store. We were greeted by an assistant named Hannah, who was so helpful, and knowledgable. We ended up buying our new King size. It should arrive soon. Please thank Hannah.

The staff in the Witney store were friendly and helpful.
They took time to explain all our options for both the items we were looking to buy and what payment options were available.

Once we had placed our order and arranged delivery we were kept informed about the delivery timings.
On the day of delivery we were given a two hour time slot and a call when they were twenty minutes away.

John H & Steven B delivered our items and were very polite and careful as the brought the items in and removed our old things.

We have been sent emails advising us how to look after the items and the info is helpful.

We have had a great experience from start to finish and would recommend Bensons for Beds.

I was able to make very informative decisions thanks to the highly experienced young lady who served me. She explained everything I needed to know in great detail and walked me round the displays. I was able to make my choice with her help. A very happy customer !

Went to Benson’s on the recommendation of a friend who had recently had a very good experience.
The shop was beautifully set out and the young staff were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I was there for at least an hour. I bought a new double bed, incl mattress, pillows and other auxiliaries. It cost about £2500. I was delighted with my overall experience.

had a great experience purchasing a mattress from Witney branch
the Sales person was very knowlegable about the products on display and helped us to make our choice

Overall a very smooth and seamless experience.

On arrival at the store, we were acknowledged straight away and were able to start a conversation with Hannah. She quickly established what we were looking for and was able to show us examples.
From there, we were able to place an order. Hannah carefully explained the process to us which we were happy with. We were also able to interact with two members of staff during our visit, which we appreciated.

Good products, which are presented with great professionalism and courtesy by the ladies from the service staff.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The sale was completed promptly and stress free.

Fantastic, from the showroom to the delivery. Thank you

A lady called Hannah introduced herself as we walked in and took us through everything.
No hard sell just information and we quite liked the "try out the mattress"
Took a deposit and sorted out payment the next day
The prices where not bad either
