The sales assistant was friendly and very helpful. She had a lot of knowledge that supported our decision on which mattress to buy. Much appreciated

Excellent customer service
The customer service at Bensons for Beds is always exceptional and the quality of the products, brilliant. Carol Anne helped me to choose the right Ottoman divan bed for me and my partner, she was very patient, friendly and helpful. The price was really good, but it was the outstanding customer service that made me decide once again to buy at Bensons for Beds and not at other similar shops. Thank you!!

Happy to recommend Bensons for Beds
Happy to recommend Bensons for Beds (Wigan). The service I received from Carole was exemplary! She helped me to choose the right mattress for my needs using the clever techno machine to determine between a soft, medium and firm mattress, then I was able to try four different ones on the shop floor until I determined which was the best one for me. Thanks for your patience Carole and wonderful customer service! A***

Enter a member of staff called Carol whose information and help were invaluable and she took the time to concentrate on our needs.
