Excellent service all round from Trish who arranged our sale and also the manager and others who chipped in with comments.
Although we intended to buy a Tempur mattress we were introduced to other options before making a final decision. Did not feel pressurised to buy.

Guy in the warrington store really helpful and suggested things we had not thought of as I have tennis elbow and when I tried to lift a manual ottoman bed I couldn't do it. Didn't give me the hard sell and not in my face either, mentioned the finance offered but when we said no didnt push it. Bought a kingsize although only went in for a double as he told us to lie on them all before making any decisions, just really helpful. Have bought from bensons mostly over the years and the quality has always been good. Had cheaper mattresses when kids were little but not great

The staff were really informative, but there was no pressure which made it easier to make a decision. The whole process was stress free and we were kept well informed about the delivery, very pleased with our new mattress.

2nd time we have used Bensons for Beds - Warrington. The salesman - Garry is super efficient. Bed delivered today by two delivery guys from Blackburn. Both of them polite, efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. Took our old bed away and installed new bed with headboard. No fuss No drama No hassles. EXCELLENT service throughout on both occassions. Highly recommended!

The manager Gary was extremely attentive and very reassuring about the whole process of buying within budget whilst ensuring the best possible deal.
We have young children and Gary and Lynda even kept the kids entertained throughout our visit making the experience stress-free.

Went into bensons for beds in Widnes on Thursday to look around we seen a bed with tv built in that we liked. The lady who helped Linda was brilliant answered all our questions and was so nice thank you Linda x

We had a fantastic experience with Trish at Warrington branch of Benson for Beds. We originally went in just to explore some options, but thanks to her help, we ended up confidently ordering two beds.
From the start, Trish really listened to what we were looking for. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, then offered thoughtful, practical advice based on her in-depth knowledge of the products. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable she made the whole process—there was absolutely no pressure to buy.
She even provided pillows so we could properly try out different mattresses at our own pace, which made a huge difference in helping us make the right decision. It felt like she genuinely wanted us to find the best fit, rather than just make a sale.
We tried the in-house technology, Sleeppro. I’m all for technology but it couldn’t match Trish’s ‘human touch’ - Tech 0 Trish 2!

Amazing selection of beds and colours to choose from! I was only in the store for 40 mins and I’d decided and paid in that time! Andy was incredible at showing us the different headboards and was very helpful with sorting the delivery and the breakdown of costs

From stepping into the Warrington store to my bed and mattress arriving was flawless. The store assistant very polite and knowledgeable and the delivery drivers very helpful and I received a telephone call the day before and 1 hour before my delivery slot

Gary who works in Warrington is such a knowledgeable guy who goes the extra mile, he gave us great advice without being to pushy, we went back to Bensons after purchasing from them last year mostly because of him
