Delivery team first class - but there should be handles or similar on mattresses to make the transfer from van to bed much easier for the delivery team.- especially on king size mattresses going upstairs

I have already posted a review for excellent in-store customer service on date of purchase.
Delivery on 15th May was on time, as previously arranged. Reminder text was received on phone & a phone call from the delivery driver to state precise time band of their arrival on the day. Delivery went smoothly, new mattress placed on bed & old mattress taken away to recycling. Courteously done.

Very friendly staff
Customer service in store was exceptional. No pressure to buy a bed. Advised on types and availability and told to try as many beds as often as we wanted before purchasing. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable.
Delivery service was good too. All be it a little costly but can't fault the service provided

Great Bed - Great Staff
Upon walking into the store we were welcomed by a staff member and I was concerned that we were going to be pursued around the store in an unhelpful way. I was wrong, besides a few helpful conversations we were left alone until we a De our purchase. Thank you B4B. The delivery team were punctual and did everything we were told they would, however the poor guys had a flat tyre outside our house and had to wait a few hours to get it fixed. This was obviously a bad day for them but they stayed calm and cheerful and installed our new bed whilst coordinating getting a repair arranged. Thanks again - by the way - the bed is great!

Sandra the sales assistant was extremely helpful, showed my husband and I all the mattresses that would suit our sleeping positions, we had planned to go around other bedding shops but we were very impressed that Sandra helped us find exactly what we needed, more so that I didn’t have to go round all different bedding shops, Bensons for beds have a terrific selection of beds and mattress, highly recommend Bensons for beds.

Great Company to Deal With.
Our sales person, Heather, at the store in Uddingston was absolutely terrific. Put us at our ease immediately and helped us to decide on things we hadn't even thought about. Discussed what we were wanting and made suggestions to improve the whole procedure.
The company kept us in the loop at every opportunity and the delivery went very smoothly. Guys contacted us half an hour before they came.
Delivery and assembly as well as disposal of old bed and mattress well worth every penny.
Really glad we chose Bensons For Beds. Would definitely recommend.
