Great service from start to finish
All the staff we have been in contact with have all been amazing. We went in to our local store in Truro, Kevin was so helpful in the store and spent time with us helping us to get the right bed and mattress. We were given measurements so we could make sure what size bed we wanted would fit. We were updated with delivery date and time and had a curtesy call the morning of delivery and one when they were 10 minutes away. The delivery team, Jamie and Glen, were fantastic and couldn’t help enough.

Straightforward no hassle sale.
Straightforward, knowledge of products top rate, did exactly what it was like shopping in the old days. They listened, advised and sorted my order within half an hour.

Looking to purchase two new mattresses we were shown 5 mattresses which met our requirements by an extremely personable assistant who was in no way pushy but extremely helpful. The store salesman couldn't have been more helpful, and on the day of delivery, I was informed in good time when the bed would arrive. When it did - on time - the two delivery men cheerfully took it up to the designated room with apparent ease, job well done, thank you.
