Bensons For Beds - Torquay Riviera Way Anmeldelser

From the moment we got into the shop we had a wander then the sales staff, who was very knowledgeable about the mattress we needed for the ottoman bed. We were going to get a medium until he told us that the firm would be better as it will feel softer on that bed. They had one to try aswell. He was so right. The delivery service men were so friendly and helpful. I cant praise them enough. I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds.

Great advice from the sales team who knew their products which us make our decision. They were not pushing for a sale which is good to see in this day and age.

The entire process from assistance in selection, the options, prices to actual delivery and assembly was smooth. Would recommend Bensons for beds to anyone

George in the Torquay branch was very helpful. Delivery was as advised and on time. Very pleased with our mattress.

From the salesman to delivery driver very friendly and helpful. The driver and assistant took the mattress to the bedroom and put it on the bed to help me

I purchased a king size mattress, double bed and mattress, a duvet and pillows and what a fantastic experience! Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jake who helped enormously with my decision making, he was super helpful, extremely well informed and made the whole decision making process one of the best shopping experiences I have ever experienced.

Friendly staff not pushy and very knowledgeable about the products got my king size bed and mattress through finance, and the process was very easy and completed within 10min. Very happy with the whole process big thankYou to Jake who helped us at the Torquay Branch.

The store was great. We were greeted on arrival, allowed to look around and given good advice both from the team and from the display on each bed. I would prefer though to have the delivery price marked on the bed, not as a surprise at payment time.
The delivery however did not match the professionalism of the store. Although it was on time, we didn't get the the call 30 minutes before, then 1 man came to carry our old mattress away and needed my help to lift it before dragging it down the drive. At this point the 2nd man was at the door with our new mattress on his shoulder and needed my help to lift in in. He also needed persuasion to unwrap it for inspection and to take the wrapping away. Overall an impression they were hurrying. There was a small mark on the mattress which we've managed to erase.

Paul and glen delivered 2 mattress this week.carried each mattress to the room it belonged to, collected all the packaging it came in and took it with them, they were genuinely willing to help, very impressed with the professional job with a smile, nice men, they could not have done anything better, thank you,I had nothing to worry about!!

Damien was knowledgeable and helpful about the beds and mattress options suited to our preferences. Spent a lot of time with us and did not pressurise us to purchase.

We visited Benson for Beds in Torquay, after 5/10mins we was asked if we wanted any help, we declined and carried on browsing, I then looked for a sales assistance, a guy called Jake, I told him what we had and what we where specifically looking for. He showed us 4 or 5 different options and prices.
We found the bed we wanted, Mattress, Bed frame and headboard. We used our blue light discount and also used a 10% discount, spending well over £2000.
We did not feel pressured by Jake at all, he was friendly, helpful, full of knowledge and very professional.
He is a Credit to your Team!!
Thank You Jake and Thank You Bensons for beds.
