Bensons For Beds - Telford737 Anmeldelser

Great advice that helped us pick the right mattress for us. No hard sell, good information and service. No stearing to the most expensive products, just a drive to find the right product for your budget.
Would have bought a bed too, but next door had coffee and cookies ;)

The gentleman who advised us, had excellent knowledge and it enabled him to guide us to choosing the correct mattress for us.

Couldn’t have been more helpful, very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. Excellent service

Not interested in our custom at all,we bought a display model bed and the staff genuinely couldn't have cared less,in fact Julia was bordering on rude,it was as we think a good deal although I am beginning to question our decision and once we get the bed and mattress home the slightest bit of damage and the whole lot is going back, all I can say is we bought a bed for our toddler from dreams and it made bensons for beds look a second hand market place and so do the staff, please don't waste your money with bensons go to dreams

Good knowledgeable service from
assistant who explained which Mattresses were best for my particular requirements.

Assistant was very informative and offered an unbiased opinion, answered all our questions and queries

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Product was also in stock and could be tried out before buying. Excellent service.

First class service from start to finish.
Polite, friendly and fully knowledgeable staff give you the absolute confidence you need to purchase.
This is our second bed purchase this year and we would fully recommend Bensons Beds, Telford.
Thank you 🌟

Fantastic staff and service

Very knowledgeable member of staff

The young man (Michael I think) was very very helpful. He didn’t hassle me and allowed me to make my own choice but was on hand with advice about the beds I was looking at. He knew his stuff and was able to answer everything I asked about. He had a nice sense of humour and was a very pleasant person to talk to. At no point did he pressure me into making a decision which I was pleased about. All in all it was a nice change to find someone helpful, cheerful and friendly and interested in their customer without being intrusive. Thank you.

Very pleasant young man dealt with our purchase, no pressure and he gave us time to have a real look round before we made our choice.

Friendly personnel, knowledgable about product. Tested out the pressure bed. Was shown a range of beds to find the right one.

Vast improvement in our old mattress, staff, from salesman to delivery were polite and helpful.

We explained our need for a new mattress .. my wife has sciatica.. David, the manager was outstanding
We were advised to take our sleeping positions on a computerised bed to find the most suitable type of mattress and he explained the reasons behind his advice
