Great service from the sales assistant.
The sales assistant was very helpful and attentive, but gave me space to just look. She asked the right questions, regarding size, position of bedside tables, that I wouldn't have even thought of. She supplied me with all the information about the bed and its care instructions. I didn't feel rushed and felt a valued customer.

Excellent service
Excellent service, very helpful and knowledgeable in store. Also getting a refund as we changed our mind, was very quick and easy too.

Pillow choice
Plenty of choice for pillows. Easy to handle them to see what they are like.
The buying procedure is very long winded, you end up with three (3) sheets of A4 paper and a small till receipt. Please don't let this put you off of buying from them as the service is great.

Bed shopping
We had a great experience here when looking to get a bed. The customer service was fantastic. We did not feel pushed into having to buy a bed, we were given helpful advice and also got plenty of time to look round by ourselves. Would definitely recommend going here to buy a bed!
