1st delivery wrong bed frame plus unhappy with mattress, delivery team excellent and polite. Items were to be swapped new delivery time was around 3 weeks not good . 2nd delivery wrong mattress again, delivery team dragging bed a d mattress around on walls , not happy as I refuse sign for wrong items . Customer Services refund £149 for trouble new mattress to be delivered 1st September but then get email saying 17th September. I will not be recommending or using this company again.

Great overall experience
We unexpectedly needed a new mattress as the springs were showing on ours despite only being 3 years old. The customer service lady on the phone was great at sorting that out and then we went into store for a replacement. Using the mattress body tester we looked into various medium mattresses with Leigh at our local store as our guide. There was no pressure to buy, it was purely based on comfort, he would wander away rather than constantly hovering in our perifory. He was friendly and answered all of our questions and delivery is booked for just over a weeks time.

Excellant help from the staff. Mike was very helpful and showed us various options. He didnt rush us and was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to my family and friends

I had specific wish list which the assistant, Amanda, matched up to the beds and mattresses in store. Very good at explaining the materials and structure of the mattress. Happy with value for money and quality.

A well set out store with lovely knowledgeable staff. Went in with elderly mil. , she didn't feel rushed in making her decision, or obliged yo buy. Will shop there again 🙂

The assistant ( Amanda) was very helpful without being pushy. We had an idea of what we wanted and she was able to show us a number of options without trying to influence our decision. There are around a hundred beds and mattresses on show , so would be difficult to choose without the assistant’s guidance . Really good to see so many ‘“ in person” definitely prefer to choose a new bed this way rather than online. Highly recommend both the store and Amanda in particular
