Very helpful shop assistant
Very helpful shop assistant. Order came when he said it would. The delivery men were efficient & friendly. We are pleased with the product. One suggestion would be it would be helpful if all the fittings were not all put together in the same bag.

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish. The inflatable 'test bed' was enlightening. Changed what we normally look for. Salesman really knew his stuff and explained every detail so we could clearly see the difference between the products we were considering.

Excellent service from Autumn
My recent visit to your store can only be described as one of total satisfaction. On entering store we were warmly welcomed by Autumn who proceeded to take us through the process of selecting and receiving the correct bed, this was achieved by trying out various mattresses, measuring of bed base, design and fabric of Bed base. At no time did I feel obligated or pressured into the purchase. We were not rushed into our decision and were actively told to take time and consider our decision. After selection of bed, Autumn then proceeded to discuss in full the options of finance, again going over each part several times to ensure we made the correct decision for us. We can only thank Autumn for her professionalism, patience and kind manner in which our experience was made stress free.

Lots of different options
Lots of different options to try and had a good discount on. One charge was a bit unclear and on phoning was clarified and apology given on it not being made clearer during the sale

Post-sale communication needs attention
Shop experience was fine, product, staff and price all good, finance was good and delivery team were fine. However, other than one or two key emails, post-purchase communication from Bensons was poor, including on the day of delivery, when the tracking app proved completely useless.
