Buying a bed isn’t something I do that often, but would thoroughly recommend Bensons.
I initially chose them, because they are one of the few stores that stock Simba mattresses, which is what I wanted. And I wanted an ottoman bed too.
The people in the store were helpful without being pushy, and the delivery was excellent. Messages a few days before to give a 2 hour delivery slot, followed by call the day before and then again 20mins before delivery.
I’m impressed.

Ikea's lost a customer and Bensons has gained a very grateful one.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delay to your mattress delivery and the service you received.
We understand how disappointing it must have been to experience a delay of several months, and we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the attitude of the delivery team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide our customers.
We would like the opportunity to investigate your concerns further and have requested your order details via our review response. Once we receive this information, we will look into the delay and the issues you have raised regarding your delivery experience with the relevant teams.
We apologise again for the disappointment caused and hope to hear from you soon so that we can review this matter in more detail,
