DON'T BUY AN IGEL BED ESPECIALLY FROM BENSONS FOR BEDS
I bought an igel bed from Bensons for Beds in Nov 24... it arrived in January 25. 1st 3 months it was great then it started to give me backache. They sent someone to see it a few months later and said that as it was only sagging 2cms they couldn't do anything about it - it had to be 3 cms before they would take action. i now have a back ache most of the time and have called them on several occasions to complain - they are not interested .... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY...... they are almost telling me I'm a liar .... go figure..... I will try one more time and if i can't sort this out i will probably end up having to buy a new mattress from a reputable outlet.... don't do the same as I did.... they are dispicable.
By the way the staff at Staples Corner were very nice but said there was nothing they could do to help me. The main office were just RUDE frankly. Do not buy anything from these people.

We are deeply sorry to hear about the ongoing back pain you have been experiencing and the frustration caused by the assessment of your mattress. It is incredibly disappointing to learn that you felt unheard and poorly treated by our customer service team when raising this. While we do have specific manufacturing guidelines regarding dipping, we fully understand how distressing this situation is for you, and we appreciate you highlighting your feedback.
Thank you,

The matress choice
The matress choice, selected by the team advisor for us looks to be exactly what we needed. On top, the delivery service was great too, as adversized.

Great costumer service
Great costumer service. The gentleman that delivered my mattress wore gloves the entire time. We also had a small chat which I appreciated.
What I also appreciated was that I could follow every step of my order until it got delivered.
The mattress is perfect too, it's heavier than the one I used to own, but it's also one of the most comfortable mattresses I ever slept on.

Very impressed
My bed arrived and was installed by the Benson team
I was very impressed in how quickly it took the 2 chaps to install my bed
I didn’t want the mattress to be opened as I haven’t moved in yet
I was left instructions off how to open the plastic when I’m ready to open up the mattress
Overall very satisfied, they took all the rubbish with them
