Really good, we were looking to buy a new bed and mattress and didn’t know where to start Nathan was sooooo helpful. He gave us space to look around and try the beds but was there when we needed him

We went into Bensons for Beds on 28/02/2026 and had a really good experience.
Azura greeted us as soon as we walked in and was friendly and easy to talk to from the start. She showed us around the store, talked us through the different mattresses and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. There was no pressure at all, just helpful advice and honest recommendations based on what we were looking for.
She was polite, knowledgeable and just genuinely great at her job. Buying a mattress can be a bit of a headache, but she made it straightforward and relaxed. Really good service all round.

New bed and mattress
Very helpful and informed manager at Benson's helped us find the right mattress and bed frame fro out needs without pressured sales pitch.
Delivery worked well for a half term drop off and the delivery team were excellent and very swift and courteous throughout.
