Good Experience
The experience at the Showroom was good and so was the delivery of our new Simba Mattress. The delivery men Simon and Josh introduced themselves. They were pleasant, efficient, informative, and respectful.
We had paid for our old mattress to be taken away and recycled too.

Steve was excellent, he accommodated our sense of humour and answered every question asked. We had a great time selecting our mattress, Steve listened to our needs and directed us through all of the suitable options. All round a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely buying experience
Popped into Bensons to have a look at headboards. I came out with a wardrobe and a bed! Steve, the sales advisor gave good old fashioned customer service - respectful and listened to understand my preferences. He gave detailed information about the products and then just let me do the buying so to speak.
I was surprised by the fabulous range of wardrobes they had (thought it was only beds), and the promotion that was available was too good to pass by.

I thought you had a good range of beds
I thought you had a good range of beds, and the store had a good feel to it, unlike two others I visited.
The sales lady was really helpful, clearly had a lot of experience.
Only downside was having to wait till the 1st July for delivery.

Highly recommend bensons
From ordering and getting amazing advice from sales team especially carol, to superb on time delivery with care from Wayne and Lewis delivery team, I highly recommend going to bensons for your next bed or mattress, over the moon with replacement mattress as I ordered the wrong firmness and bensons replaced for the right firmness thanks to their 40 night promise, thank you so much to staff and delivery team at bensons.
