Good service
We dealt with two sales assistants in store on separate occasions and both went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The bed was delivered on the date advised at the outset and I received updates on progress and clear info on time of delivery etc. Good experience from purchase to receipt.

Great in-store experience
The salesperson in the store listened to what we wanted and understood our space requirements and then offered us two different options. The delivery was booked and everything was straightforward. The sofa bed is comfy as a bed and looks nice as an occasional sofa in our study.

The sales team in the Shrewsbury store were very helpful and knowledgeable when we visited several times to make our choice and order a bed.
Our bed was delivered on the day agreed and we were kept well informed of the delivery time slot. Sean and Andy were cheerfully efficient, manoeuvring the parts into our upstairs room and constructing the bed swiftly and efficiently.

Pleasent experience overall
We were met at the front door with someone who made us both welcome. We explained what we wanted and the lady took us to try 3 types she recommended, after trying out, being left with plenty of time, no sell pressure! We believe we chose what we wanted at a price we found reasonable.
Very happy with the whole purchase experience.

We experienced excellent service at the show room but ONE of the delivery men ( The other man was very polite ) was not very helpful and seemed in a desperate rush and consequently knocked one of our pictures off the wall. He was also reluctant to put on his overshoes ( it was a wet day ) before going upstairs with the mattress.
