Very unsatisfactory outcome
I recently bought a bed base from bensons thinking I was getting a good deal, 15% off if I purchased it before the Tues of the coming week so I bought it in store that day. It was a two week delivery so it gave me a chance to decorate the room it was going in. The base arrived this morning 19 May 2020
Unfortunately for me I found out that Bensons had further reduced my purchase another £200 after making me think that I would loose out if I didn’t buy it before the Offer ran out. Pressure sales tactics at their best. They’ve refused to offer me any money back or even a good Will gesture so as far as shopping at Benson for beds again that’s me done. I would suggest to anyone thinking of buying from them dont, buy it online elsewhere and check terms and conditions first

Friendly and not pushy staff
Friendly and not pushy staff, Took as much time as we needed in choosing. Staff very knowledgeable about all the products, explained all options clearly, helped us with our decision and didn't try to promote specific products.

Very helpful staff
When I visited Bensons to order a new bed it was at a very stressful time. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They took time to consider which mattress type would be most suitable ( it couldn’t contain wool) and a new bed is arriving in a few weeks.

Missing mattress
You did not deliver one of the mattresses. Contacted the Archer Road shop twice and told to expect a call back from Customer Services. They didn't call back.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention Mr Phillips. We’re very sorry that one of your mattresses was not delivered and that you didn’t receive a call back as promised. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. In the meantime, we have passed this to the right team for internal feedback. Thank you for your patience,
Megan at Customer Care
