Excellent, knowledgeable staff member answered all my questions.

Our sales representative Matt was incredibly knowledgeable on every aspect of our questions and covered everything clearly and patiently to enable us to make the right decision. The store was clean and tidy and the other staff members were also friendly and polite. We were extremely satisfied with the entire process from arrival to purchase and looking forward to receiving our orders soon!!!

Staff were friend and helpful. Not rushing me into buying. Very patient. Explain the differences in the mattresses. Good customer service.

The delivery guys were great. They gave really useful information on how to build my sons new bed and took it the the room of my choice. The bed is also very nice.

Matt the guy helping us went to every mattress type and gave us all the information to make the best choice. He was amazing at helping me find the right bed even with my back problems.
He took diligence and care to help me make he most informed choice.

Truly amazing experience this afternoon at Bensons for beds in Scunthorpe. Lloyd was so honest, helpful a couldn't do enough for us.

The mattress delivered was nothing like the one in the shop. Changed to a different mattress the delivery was cancelled one hour before delivery. Tried to get a refund was told no so will lose nearly £1000 pound as I will have to go to dreams to get another mattress. The guy in the shop were very help full but not In Customer service I would not advise anyone to use Bensons for beds.

Good range to choose from, good quality beds, helpful and knowledgeable staff

Excellent service, Matt was great throughout, highly recommended

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses . Very helpful when you’re not sure which will suit you.

Very helpful and friendly would definately shop there again

Great service that wasn't pushy or over selling, Lloyd was really helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to our requirements and kept the focus on what we wanted, now what he wanted to sell us - probably getting more out of the purchase as we bought additional items - rather than switching us off at the door so we went elsewhere - and we are very excited to get our items delivered soon!

Helpful staff that weren't pushy.

Always get great customer service here. Very helpful and knowledgeable to ensure make the right decision. Have become a regular customer.

Excellent service from the Scunthorpe Branch. Expert advice given, the salesman didn’t hassle me, follow me around the shop or push for a sale. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service and advice.

Efficient , helpful.
Delivery on time , they didn’t take their lunch break until mattress was in our home. Warehouse had loaded the goods and torn the plastic packaging resulting in dirty marks on mattress , driver took photos , contacted the customer services who rang me and sorted the problem within 30 mins .
Excellent service in sorting the problem ! Xx

The team at Scunthorpe were excellent. there was a good selection of beds and mattresses to choose from and the shop staff were very friendly and helpful. After providing me with an estimated delivery date, a suitable delivery date was confirmed less than two weeks after placing the order. The delivery team were very efficient putting the bed up in no time and clearing all the rubbish. Very pleased with the whole process
