Visited the store last month. Approached by Lloyd at Scunthorpe Benson store. Very attentive and helpful. Bed was delivered on specified date. Very good experience with this store.

Excellent experience of choosing and delivery of my new Mattress
I was happy with the experience of choosing a mattress and particulary the adjustable bed. The delivery team were very good at removing my old mattress and fitting my new one

Helpful staff. Limited choice of pocket sprung mattresses. Quite steep cost for delivery, £49 & mattress disposal £49 compared with other companies. Quite a long delivery time- 4 weeks.

Choosing the bed was quite good
Choosing the bed was quite good. Staff member was knowledgable and helpful. The only issue I have is that you have to lay on a bed and pillow that many other strangers have done also. Maybe a bit of individual protection over the bed eg a paper sheet like you get over Doctors couches - changed between each customer - would have made it a 5 star experience.

Great customer service and a perfect mattress
Extremely helpful in store and gave me great advice when picking my mattress. Delivery was exactly as described and my mattress is perfect! I was nervous about getting a new one because I know it can take a while to adjust but the first night i was out cold! Can't thank the Scunthorpe branch enough and would definitely recommend to anyone
