The ladies in the store were both very helpful and professional. Our sales lady was very knowledgeable and had a good understanding of the products. The downside is that the computer system kept crashing so we have a 28 mile round trip to complete the credit agreement. We were asked not to come on a weekend as this is a common problem.

When you walk into the shop,you can see that it is well presented. We were greeted with a welcome of,"welcome to Benson for beds". The person who dealt with our order was very professional and was not pushy.

The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and the atmosphere was relaxing; a pleasant shopping experience. The only down side was we thought the cost of £30.00 to put the bed in situ and remove package was highly priced on top of the £30.00 delivery chatge

Friendly, helpful and good product knowledge

So buying a bed absolutely brilliant. Mattress broken a few years later but was under garuntee. Trying to sort out a replacement absolutely awful I won't be using them again after this really disappointed.
