When I arrived I was greeted in a friendly manner, given plenty of time to look around, until I asked for help chosing a mattress. I was guided, and not pressured into changing my price range. I felt supported and understood regarding my choice of mattress due to having a disability and would strongly recommend going to this store to anyone. What I thought would be a difficult choice and experience was completely the opposite, many thanks for being respectful

I purchased an electric bed for my Mum back in September 2022. Unfortunately Mum had to go into residential care in late September, the bed delivery was put on hold, for when she could return home. This has not happened, Mum is to stay in residential care. Bensons kept in touch with me throughout all this and my husband and I chose a new bed for ourselves last Sunday with the cost of the electric bed going towards our purchase. A big thank you to Bensons, John and Fiona for your patience, time and
advice in this matter.

Allthought the furniture I bought now looks nice I was disappointed with the way it were to start with 4 items bought 3 were damaged the boxes were damaged and stuck up with tape or wet and bust the customer service team wernt all that helpful in the end I did get some replacements and a voucher for £60 which I had to buy something I didn't want to get rid of it I couldent have cash back to be honest I would never go there again I wouldent recommend at all

The employer in the Parkgate branch at rotherham called Helen was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.Would highly recommended Helen as a good asset to your company.
