Bensons For Beds - Romford247 Anmeldelser

Very informed salesman. Helpful.

Great service from Ali at Gallows Corner. Fully explained the different types of mattresses / beds and allowed us to take our time trying out each one. No hard sell or pressure and ended up buying two mattresses and a bed!

My experience with Bensons has been exceptionally disappointing, both in terms of their product and customer service.
I purchased the 'Clima Control Latex Extra Firm' mattress, and within a month, it began sinking in one spot. Despite reaching out to the Romford Branch for assistance, their advice was to wait, prolonging the issue.

Despite submitting requested photos, the customer service remained unhelpful and attempted to discourage me. After approximately three months of struggle, they reluctantly dispatched an independent technician, whose report favored my case. However, Bensons persisted in resistance, initiating further investigations.

After enduring additional weeks of frustration, they finally agreed to replace the mattress. Unfortunately, the replacement exhibited the same flaw within a month.

Furthermore, Bensons' sales agents falsely claim their mattress is '100% latex,' when in reality, it's around 10% latex, with the majority being poor-quality foam.

The promised firmness lasts just a month, and despite establishing a manufacturer fault, customer service adamantly refuses refunds. Post-sale support is nonexistent, and securing a replacement demands disproving their unfounded excuses.

Enduring this exhausting process might result in a replacement after significant struggle.

I feel compelled to caution others about Bensons' deceptive claims and poor-quality products. Unfortunately, I've lost hope for a refund or replacement, and pursuing a refund through the court is both tense and time-consuming. In conclusion, I advise against wasting thousands pounds with this company unless you're eager to experience frustration and disappointment.

Good communication with staff, easy to understand and it was good and very helpful to be served by them

Excellent service and the knowledge of Ali really helped us to understand and make the right choice

Really friendly and helpful staff member. Good guidance about what will suit my needs best.

Excellent service at the Romford branch the sales assistant was very friendly and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend

Went to local store at the Gallows Corner Retail Park, and staff very friendly and helpful. Purchase done with Luke & everything explained fully and all questions answered. Advised of the warranty and the bed-care package offer which have taken up. Very happy with service and look forward to receiving our new bed.

Ali and other staff from Romford Benson for Beds branch provided good guidance and support in terms of buying bed and mattress. We have bought during Boxing Day sales

The representative was very helpful

Just a great expiriance overall the website was easy to navigate.
Special thanks to ALI, at the benson store in ROMFORD. Great advice and honest. Because we stuck with buying the bed with bensons not going to dreams who were not that welcoming anyway.

I got lots of help from the staff on the floor. Was able to decide based on their help.

Once entering the shop did not feel intimidated by the salesman
He approached after a while and showed me a choice of what I was looking for then left me to decide

Helpful and knowledgeable without taking an age.

Only giving 4 stars for the moment, as the mattress hasn't arrived yet. But the staff have been very very good. Had to change one thing on my order, which then changed my delivery date. I had a little moan about it, and they got it sorted for a delivery for when I'd be at home.
Happy days 🫠

The buying experience was positive, however, the customer service has been poor after I had to return an item. I went into the store to explain why an item had to be returned and to check if an alternative item was available. Nothing suitable was available so the salesperson agree to speak to the finance company, make adjustments to the payment plan and call me to confirm. It has now been over 2 weeks since I went into the store and I am still waiting for a call from the shop.

The salesman who served us was polite, not pushy, product knowledgeable & helpful. Would recommend.

A really experienced person called Ali who was friendly and very helpful. He helped me decide on a mattress but did not influence my decision and made sure I had sampled all the other options
